FOOD? Not worth the price anymore. WAIT TIME? If you're in the drive thru, I recommend a 30 minute episode to get you through it. Itll take that long. STAFF? Ok, but must inform them of your existence or you will be forgotten.

This used to be my go-to McDonalds. I would use the drive through to pick up meals for my kids. My kids used to use the upstairs playground.That has stopped due to homeless people who harass and menace customers as they wait in the drive through lane. On more than one occasion, I have been harassed while using the drive through lane while ordering food. This has happened when I have had my kids in the car too which is unacceptable. Homeless men wait at the end of the drive through lane as well and leer at customers demanding food or money.I complained to the McDonalds staff and they were apathetic. I called McDonalds customer service number that is on their drive through window. They never called me back.Homeless people are in their parking lot urinating in the bushes and that did it for me.I am beyond disappointed in this McDonalds and their management. It's a simple decision for my family and myself to make. No more McDonalds at this location, ever.This location is not safe, friendly or appetizing.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly with homeless men urinating in the parking lot and harassing and menacing people who are ordering. I don't feel safe here and recommend that people take their business elsewhere that actually care for their patrons.

Typical McDonald's.Cute tiny play area for small kids upstairs.Very slow service for some reason. Not sure why this particular McDonald's is so slow compared to any other one I have been to.

The morning shift has the worst curbside pick up. They NEVER bring order out.After 20-30 minutes everyone goes inside to to check and orders are just sitting there om the counter

This place has officially gone down the drain they' suck I've never waited over 45 minutes for an order at McDonald's ever. I dont recommend thisnplace anymore sucks because I live next to it and now I can't even go there without getting infuriated

I’m not sure if the staff isn’t properly trained or if they just keep hiring new staff but they never seem to know what’s going on. I’m always either missing things in my order (which they make me wait 20 add. Minutes in the parking spots ) or they don’t even know what my order is until I give the receipt .

If you’re in a rush don’t go thru the drive thru or go somewhere else. It takes 10 minutes just to be able to place your order and another 10 to get to get your food. Plan on waiting a minimum of 20 minutes once you arrive.

Surprised this store has the rating it does, in the sense that it should be lower. How McDonald’s employs people like Duarte is beyond me.I waited an entire 40 minutes to get my mobile order today. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked an employee if they were working on my order. I told her my order number and she replied, “we’re working on it.”Ten minutes later I asked Duarte about my order and mentioned my now 30 minutes of waiting. He looked at the mobile order number on my phone and walked away without a word. I was frustrated from waiting without any acknowledgment or apology for the wait.Now my order was removed from the screen showing in progress/now serving orders. I asked Duarte where my order was. He looked right at me and moved along. Then, to my shame, I went against everything I believe in and asked for a manager… He goes to another employee and I hear him say, “someone’s asking for a manager.” Duarte and this other employee, whom I believe is the manager, began laughing. The kid brings my order and no manager ever came to speak to me.I understand how busy fast food restaurants get, but 40 minutes of waiting shows real ineptitude on the store’s part. If I had just been shown some sort of respect - an apology or acknowledgment of my wait in some capacity, this isn’t an issue.
