Ordered at the drive thru told the person that I wanted to use my points on the app to get a frappe. When I get to the window they have me my order and I told them that they forgot to give me the frappe. When I told the guy this he seemed very confused and immediately started giving me attitude. It came to the point where the manager came to the window and they finally gave me the frappe, but they were laughing, the managershould be an example and provide good customer service. Overall a terrible experience and will not go there anymore.

I stopped here on my journey across town because they have ( usually ) the best tea. But today not so wonderful. The tea tasted as if the dispenser had not been cleaned. 😒

The workers there are really nice and hard working. They do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. Food there is good and would suggest for anyone.
if i could give negative stars i would. they sent me a sandwich with something on it that i am DEADLY allergic to, and then REFUSED to do anything about it. the “manager” was extremely rude, never apologized, and refused to give me his name. i have already consulted with an attorney. do not go to this location
