I made a mobile app order. Pulling into the drive thru where they give the food, they ask me to wait at a number lane. All lanes were busy in the front and I parked acorss the drive thru lane. They ended up giving my order to the wrong person. Her excuse " they said it was their order."I went in to ask for a refund. They said they were re working my order and I needed a refund for the reasom being I was gonna be late to work and couldn't wait. They denied my refund. Made me wait. Gave my my order but still gave it to me incorrect. They were missing my fries and I didnt realize until i got back to work..How could this have been avoided? Have the workers confirm the order.

My mom and I went through the drive thru and wanted icecream and the cashier Karla said they were out . My mom nicely asked her why the machine didn’t work again because the day before we also wanted icecream and she proceeded very rudely to tell us “if you don’t like it there’s other mc donolds this isn’t the only one.” Furthermore , while we were paying for our meal , I could listen how someone asked her the same question and she responded nicely because the customer spoke in English. This is unfair treatment because my mom spoke to her in Spanish and she answered so rudely. This was my favorite McDonalds to come too also but not anymore after this incident. Is this what your company aspires discrimination within hispanics now ? Just because my mom didn’t speak to her in English ? Cmon this is AMERICA THE LAND OF THE FREE!! Please Do better McDonald’s with your hiring process with unprofessional staff.

To use bathrooms you must ask the front to unlock first .you can tell they try to keep them clean, however dure to larger amount of homeless activity nearby and sometimes outside the restaurant, sometimes the bathrooms get trashed . If only takes one .Kid-friendliness: Play area thereWheelchair accessibility: There is a blue crossing area with a driveway to roll onto the curve and not stairs
