Service is awful and sometimes a weird smell lingers in the lobby from bathroom. They charge 15 dollers for a large quarter pounder but NO REFILLS?! Worst McDonald's in North Hollywood, drive to another location to get money worth.

2 missing orders with mark of someone ate my food!!! The strips I ordered seems to be missing a part of the chicken and looks like someone ate it. Also missing a medium fry and McDouble. I am just so sad. Not going here anymore.

I mean hey it's McDonald's food can only be rated so high. I would have rated service higher but they insisted on self checkout. Call me old but I am not rating service high when I have to wait on my self.

Bad service and I waited for 1 hour to get my food and they didn’t give me the hamburger that I wanted I ordered a double cheese burger and they gave me a regular small hamburger never coming to this location never again this location sucks
I've been frequenting this location for years,the last few times I've ordered fir the kids they've extremely rude,today I told multiple employees to help they insisted that I use the kiosk and which I did,I told them it's acting up they all kept on ignoring till Brenda came over and tried her best and at the end she apologized for their attitude. I'm done with this McDonald's

Some of the food had cheese even though I asked for some items not to have cheese. I don't like that they no longer have the dollar menu. Can't find anyone to help. The area to order is very small and overcrowded.

McDonald's is McDonald's it tastes the same they have a code on the restroom door they don't give you the code but they will let you use the restroom they offer free Wi-Fi you place your own orders through the kiosk they do accept EBT on dining room orders only the dining room is usually empty
