2 missing orders with mark of someone ate my food!!! The strips I ordered seems to be missing a part of the chicken and looks like someone ate it. Also missing a medium fry and McDouble. I am just so sad. Not going here anymore.

I mean hey it's McDonald's food can only be rated so high. I would have rated service higher but they insisted on self checkout. Call me old but I am not rating service high when I have to wait on my self.

Bad service and I waited for 1 hour to get my food and they didn’t give me the hamburger that I wanted I ordered a double cheese burger and they gave me a regular small hamburger never coming to this location never again this location sucks

I've been frequenting this location for years,the last few times I've ordered fir the kids they've extremely rude,today I told multiple employees to help they insisted that I use the kiosk and which I did,I told them it's acting up they all kept on ignoring till Brenda came over and tried her best and at the end she apologized for their attitude. I'm done with this McDonald's

Some of the food had cheese even though I asked for some items not to have cheese. I don't like that they no longer have the dollar menu. Can't find anyone to help. The area to order is very small and overcrowded.

The staff don't respect their own signs and they won't bring the food to the table even if they're supposed to
McDonald's is McDonald's it tastes the same they have a code on the restroom door they don't give you the code but they will let you use the restroom they offer free Wi-Fi you place your own orders through the kiosk they do accept EBT on dining room orders only the dining room is usually empty

Sonia Store Manager dosen't care about her customers or the fact if her employees make mistakes and couse a customer to come back for missing item's in their order. Even if she requires a recipe for proof of purchase and is given one she just brushes it off as if the customer is a bother. Not looking for free items like a 1 free pie from a $89 purchase. But to make a customer want to come back and be understanding for the over looked missing item's. I'm in Ca. And this is what $20 minimum wage gets you. I know and heard her team teasing me from the back and her saying rude remarks. Just shows you why we need this kind of business to be humbled, they forget who keeps them employed and profitable. I'm done with Mc Donald's- They really are Clowns.

Not all McDonalds are made equally: This location charges extra fees so it more expensive than normal and they’re incompetent. I told the drive through operator 6 times for well done fries and of course they messed up my simple order. Avoid this location if at all possible. The best location in the Valley is on Victory blvd and Coldwater Canyon. They will always give you the correct order and without all the dishonest fees.
