I wanted to order online and saw there was a 3.00 service fee for a $15.00 medium pepperoni pizza. So I called in because thats a 20% price increase for making the employees job easier. The pizza was 17.50 and the pepperoni was an extra .75 cents. Horrible buisness practice will never earn my buisness again I like to tip employees not pay 3 dollars for a fee to order food.

Enjoy your scam boycotting the establishment as you rob your own employees from tips. Embarrassment. Will be calling corporate.

Will post me getting charged just under $20 no tip when calling in. Treat your employees better they shouldn't have to decide your pricing based on website, app, or call/walk in

The pizzas here are amazing! You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every one. The owner is super friendly-even made a personalized pizza for me! Definitely my go to spot for great pizza and great service!

I wasn’t expecting to be blown away… but wow. This pizza joint is a hidden gem. The dough is clearly made in-house – light, chewy, and addictive. The Margherita pizza was simple but executed perfectly, and the basil actually tasted fresh (rare these days!). I ordered online and picked it up, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Even the leftovers were amazing the next day. Highly recommended!

Pepperoni was decent but not that delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza was not good, the chicken on it was as hard as a rock, not even edible.

Been coming to this place for years and I love the food. Leaving my first bad review because for the third time in a row they forgotten to add sauces I paid for in the bag and refused to provide a delivery fix or even a discount count to wave the delivery of the wrong items if I ordered them in the app. Their suggestion was to call the manager the next day which I thought was very impolite because I missing items I paid for in that very moment. They could at least offer to refund the order. It showed lacked of attention and bad costumer service. Hopefully this doesn’t mean the quality of the service is declining here, that would be unfortunate.

This was one large pizza 🍕 with peperoni and jalapeño, plus ➕️ six wings 🪽 that wear not coded with BBQ 37 bucks 💰 💸 . It was not worth it. It was mid not coming back

Great little pizza shop in the heart of North Hollywood that makes wonderful pizza and offers all the other foods that make for an enjoyable hunger quencher, such as sandwiches and wings. Great location. A little pricey, but maybe not. This was my first meal stop on my latest LA trip and I easily forget how much more expensive everything is compared to the rest of the country. Extra points from me since it's open REALLY LATE, meaning until 4 AM.
