We arrived to find out that someone else took our order so we had to wait for a new one to be made. A homeless person walked in to sit down so the staff panicked and burned the new order they were making for us. So now a 3rd order needed to be made for us. In a rush, they gave us our pizzas cold and undercooked. We threw most of it away. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK.

Ordered a mod pizza. They got my order wrong after asking if it is my order. Drove to bro house. Called. Told them it was wrong order. Placed another order. Came in. Still wrong order. Opened box to confirm. Asked to put on balsamic glaze I ordered. Never again. I don't recommend.

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:14. However, even after ordering online, so I would be able to swing by, pick up my pizza and settle.in at the hotel. My pizza was ready at 6:38!!!! Now, I would have just been frustrated and moved on, however, turns out my pizza was cold and charred all around the edge. I could live with that even.. but the bottom was soggy. WHAT??? This is just so frustrating! On the positive side, the Greek Salad was great!

This place is no more good Ones they closed the Lankershim location And stooped supply some of the ingredients it's bs Like ricotta cheese/basil / cilantro , some of the pizza is impossible to make They always short on other ingredients I understand it's cheap but who cares if you can't make it the way it needs to be And employees neither love making it or understand what great pizza really is They just there cuz they need a job It's so sad

damn, I was craving some mod today but soon as I was about to park. I realized the chairs were stacked and lights were dimmed, they were mopping. aren't you'll closing at 10pm? it's 9:20pm lol I didn't wanna bother them so I went home..2nd time :(

This was our first visit to MOD Pizza, and it was great! (I heard that MOD stands for Made On Demand, and they lived up to their name!) Angela greeted me with warmth and proceeded to guide me through the selections. She's very professional and genuinely kind. Everyone else there was nice, too. After choosing a pizza (they have several choices, and you can also have them build one from scratch, or even add your selection of toppings to a menu choice) they went straight to work making it on the spot. It took a few minutes to bake of course, and it was worth the wait! It was so fresh, warm, and tasty. The lemonade was yummy, too. My family loved all of it! The place itself was bright and clean with a clear, open space for seating. There's a decent sized parking lot for the mall-like stores all around, and it was pretty easy to find a spot. Be sure to give them a try; they are just that good!

If you're Vegan don't eat here especially if you order online. They put ground beef on my pizza instead of what I ordered, soy chorizo. So to all customers especially Vegans spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

The last few times we’ve placed on order online, our order wasn’t ready anywhere near the quoted pick up time we were given online after payment. A couple of times I even tried ordering and wasn’t able to because “they are experiencing a large number of orders at this time”. So I drove there less than 2 min away and there wasn’t a single customer inside the entire restaurant.

Terrible food. Overpriced. Pizzas are tasteless salads are gross! It was more like a soup with hoe much dressing she put in it. Please go elsewhere. I paid $30 for a disgusting salad and small cheese pizza. Never again!
