I received a shipment from my stepson and his wife as a combined birthday and Mother’s Day gift. Unfortunately, the first shipment was delayed and spoiled, but Nordic Catch immediately made it right and I got a fresh box 2 days later. The seafood is amazing! I cannot wait to dive into the giant scallops or the sushi tuna or salmon. I’ve never had char so that will be fun! I am now on the website shopping for myself, LOL.

My husband and I are sushi lovers, which can get pretty expensive. We decided we wanted to try to make our own, so we did a google search for sushi-grade fish and found this business nearby. When we came in this morning looking for yellowtail, we were told it was arriving on the truck in an hour. We happily came back and got some of the freshest, high quality fish we’ve ever had outside of a restaurant. We have next to no idea what we’re doing but everything we made tonight was DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to learn more about the art of sushi and continue to make our own at home. We will definitely be back.
