I have ordered from NorCat about 5 or 6 times now. I can't even begin to tell you how good the Wagyu steaks are. So tender and buttery. Almost melts in your mouth. Yes, they are pricey but if you can splurge once and while on a steak or 2 or 3, it is well worth it. If your order does not arrive in tip top shape and freshness (the snow storm backed my order up during delivery by days), they will make it right with no issues at all. Once you order, it takes about 2-3 days for processing of the order and to receive it (total, including shipping) but they will accommodate the very next day if you ask. I recommend purchasing their insurance for $10 with your order. Customer service is awesome and friendly. I don't post many 5 star reviews but they deserve it! Trust me, this is quality and goodness at its finest. I always look forward to my orders. They are also a small business and I love supporting small businesses.

Was very happy to find a product for a fish protein that does not have anything added but salt. Perfect for travel and no refrigerated lunches, like canoeing where compact is necessary

Ordered Santa Barbara Uni online and the order was perfectly packaged and arrived super cold even after flying across the country. Shipping was quick and the Uni really was Grade A+; best I've ever had from online delivery by a mile. Price is very reasonable for the quality and amount of Uni we received. Already thinking of reordering from Nordic Catch again.

Easily the worst ahi I've purchased anywhere. Graded AAA by nordic but smelled grossly fishy, cut was off for saku, color was all wrong and had no fat. Just gross. Had to throw away more than $100 of fish, just couldn't serve it.

If you have any issues with your shipment, you don’t have to worry, since their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Any time I want to treat myself to sashimi grade fish without paying restaurant prices, Nordic Catch is my go to.

I’ve been a big fan of DIY sushi and Nordic Catch has caught my eye for a while now on my IG ads - ordered hamachi, crab meat and ikura and let me tell you I’m so glad to have come across Nordic Catch! For the hamachi, I was able to cut into portions and it was great making negihama hand rolls, sashimi and poke! The crab and ikura came in handy for my seafood bowls. Definitely cannot wait to place another order!
