I came in today on 09/06 to pick up my ONLINE order. 5-6 parties came right after me as I waited 30 minutes for my food. I saw everyone else who ordered in person get their food before me. What’s the point of ordering online then??? When I talked to the cashier I was told “the tickets come in order that’s how it works”. The people who order in person ordered AFTER ME. I saw my box at the bottom of all the other orders which meant my order came out first so there’s no clear system on how they are packing orders. I received my food cold. Not to mention it’s currently 104 degrees out and the restaurant felt hotter than outside.

Ordering ahead online is pointless, order is always late. Came and waited and saw people who ordered at counter during my wait time get there food before me.

I went into this restaurant on July 19, 2024 and ordered a Mini island fire chicken meal. Usually, I don’t have any issues, but this day this meal was micro instead of mini. It literally was a spoonful of everything that comes on the plate. I will never go to this restaurant again. Word of advice please check your meal before you leave this place so you won’t have to deal with the same issue

I love this place so much. The Hawaiian bbq mix plate is a gift from the Gods. The macaroni salad is to die for, and their teriyaki sauce is delicious. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.
