How is there 0 support for online order they mess up? Call the store is a joke when they just don’t answer. Also what’s this infant size serving of rice, I know inflation but at $14 a meal I atleast want rice and more than 1 piece of broccoli. And they completely forgot the musubi, but no way of getting that refunded because they don’t answer the phone 🫨

This is the 3rd time they get my order wrong. I don't got back because is my lunch time and is 15 mins awway .. the order teriyaki 2mac 1 rice and steam veggies. They put 2 mac 1 rice and no veggies they put MORE RICE!!!!! WHY.... why would I want more rice ?? The receipt even has my order. Please pay more attention
I visited this location and I wanted to order the chicken katsu keikei meal. I had asked to get a side of sauce that was already made in a container because I don't use the sauce from the self service stations because I had once got food poisoning. The lady who claimed to be a manager refused to give me a sauce on the side claiming that the already prepared in container sauces was only for online orders and so I ended up walking out. That was very rude
I have always had a good experience here at OnO. The expierence not only depends on the staff but the customer's attitud also.
