The crust is thin and crispy. Since it's thin it cools down quickly so eat it while it's hot! But careful it comes out piping hot so gobble it up during that Goldilocks phase. Grab a fountain pop and enjoy. There's 9ish tables inside and a couple outside. Good pizza!

Great spot to watch game nights and lively ambiance. Staff is super nice and welcoming. I highly recommend trying! Flavors on the Vegan pizza were amazing!! The cheese pizza was kid approved! Never had an east coast style pizza and it did not disappoint. Great spot for kids and doggies! We also tried the Italian gelato and it was delicious.
Dietary restrictions: I am vegan and by request the Chef cooked up the first Vegan pie! And now on the menu.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly spot plenty of outside room and inside for kids.

Overall this was good. Pizza reminded me of a pie in NH. Probably has good potential, but...
Please...for customers who are going to eat in the restaurant, pay attention to them while they are there, not just when they come in and when they leave. Buy some bowls and make fresh salads. Wipe the tables when people leave. Fill the ice maker. Don't make customers wait at the register while you describe every pie and every option to someone on the phone. This serving sit-down customers in take out containers isn't great practice and it's now SOP in too many places. We got a salad transparently coded with a sticker indicating it was 4 days old and confirmed by brown and wilted lettuce. Had to ask for this salad three times while waiting for pizza.
I realize that you've been open for only a week and it's super difficult to know how to staff for shifts with no history to review. We'll try again in a couple of months.
A GREAT NH style pizza spot in LA would be super cool. I hope that will be Ozzy's.

It was really good, especially for LA. Pretty much exactly what I expected it to be. I would advise you to make sure you eat it fresh, it's very thin so that means it can get cold a little more quickly, not a bad thing, just a tip! All-in-all a great place to have within walking distance and a great addition to the LA pizza scene, which, by the way, has really been heating up. My rating would be 8.3/10.
Love this place! Authentic New Haven style. Bada Bing is my fave but my vegetarian friends love the mushroom too. Been scarfing Ozzy's since they were a popup, happy to see them open their first brick and mortar.
The crust is pretty flat so it cools fast, don't worry about burning your mouth. Takeout is good but my favorite is to eat it onsite, soon as it's cool enough. Good space to watch a baseball game too.

If you’re looking for authentic New Haven-style pizza on the West Coast, Ozzy’s Apizza in NoHo is the real deal! Owner Chris, a proud New Haven native, brings the tradition and passion of East Coast pizza-making right here to North Hollywood. The attention to detail is next-level, with only the finest ingredients going into every pie.
The staff is warm, friendly, and made us feel like regulars from the moment we walked in. We ordered The Mikey Rabbit Pie, and wow—every bite was a perfect balance of flavors. The crust was beautifully charred, thin, and crispy, exactly how New Haven pizza should be. The toppings were fresh and thoughtfully layered, making it one of the best pizzas we’ve had in LA.
We can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu. If you’re a pizza lover, Ozzy’s is a must-visit. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be hooked!
