Terrible experience, the cashier was actually nice, explained the menu to me in such a calm kind way, Thanks Marco! But the guy handing out the food was very rude, and was yelling out loud at customers when being called out for their food.(Guy in the picture) I hate the menu too... Not even the original panda.

Asked for more food, he cashed me too early, I get my food and I asked for sauce, and the guy I asked straight up was yelling at me aggressively to get the sauces outside. Horrible service.

I ordered two plates: there was a piece of meat on my tray and a hair in the plate. They forgot give me a Coke and there was no panda Cooke. I asked about Cooke and got just one . I asked one more because I was with my wife and son but guy at the counter was so rude so he said with sarcasm “at least 6” and gave me just one more.

The lady calling out the numbers was extremely rude to me for asking about my mobile order. Literally ruined my day at Universal. She treated me like an idiot when the mistake was actually hers. I get that they are busy and hustling, but that’s not an excuse to treat people like that for simply asking a question. Her response…”.can you hear me way back there? “ Then go stand back there until I call your number. Meanwhile my order was sitting right there waiting for me.

When our credit card got declined (which was resolved by paying again), the waitress said nothing. Room is also very busy, and they chose to locate the utensils outside? This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to.
Ran out of fried rice, had to wait 40 minutes for more. Food tasted old and overall not great. Calling this “Panda Express” might as well be classified as slander.

Food is always great at panda express. Just really displeased with the service. I put in an online order 40 minutes prior to showing up. It would have been faster if I was just in the line. I asked for a cup of ice and was denied. Dude preparing my food was just ridiculous.

We like Panda Express but this location wasnt that good. They dont give as much food as if you went to another Panda outside of the park. The food was bland. Major price gouge here. I get it, its inside of a theme park but spending almost $100 on something the shouldve been $50-$60 is crazy. They dont offer much options either.
