Several people came up and complained about portion size or missing half of entries. It was very expensive. 2 al la carte entries and chow mein was $38. Won tons were soft and under cooked. Panda corporate needs to really take a hard look at this store.

We went in there because it is supposed to be a panda express, but their way of doing things here are a litle different, pre-selected meals, first you order and then they prepare the plate for you and call your name when it is ready, the problem is that there is one person in charge of putting the rice and chow mein on the plate while another person puts the rest, but since there is stuff no ready and they have to wait for the cooks to bring food out, then your rice and chow mein are just seating on the plate for a long time before they are able to complete your plate, takes a long time doing this system, you make a line to order then you wait a while for the food, I wish they would just do things like any other panda, faster, warmer food and better selections

Good food, but the portions are very small and higher price compared to regular plate outside USH. Is another option inside Universal studios and there is no much waiting time. Enjoy your visit.

It is hard to even call it a food. Worst thing I have eaten in the US.
For $5 they gave me a full glass of ice but there was almost no soda, terrible service, I will never go back.

Terrible experience, the cashier was actually nice, explained the menu to me in such a calm kind way, Thanks Marco! But the guy handing out the food was very rude, and was yelling out loud at customers when being called out for their food.(Guy in the picture) I hate the menu too... Not even the original panda.

Asked for more food, he cashed me too early, I get my food and I asked for sauce, and the guy I asked straight up was yelling at me aggressively to get the sauces outside. Horrible service.
