Papa Johns Pizza

Worst Papa John’s ever. Can’t get orders right, when you order over the phone you’re talking to someone from India or a robot. Employees have no customer service. Prices online and prices at the store totally different and online prices only apply to online orders. 👎👎👎👎

I’m sorry but how is this a papa bowl, I travel all over the US and I’ve gotten these everywhere but they never look like this. The pan is usually full from side to side with cheese sauce and whatever topping is on it. This had cheese melted onto salami and nothing mixed together at all as you can see in the photo.

Rude delivery driver while I was coming into the door told me to “ move, watch out” and almost knocked me over instead of “excuse me.” Is this the employees you hire at your establishment? Very rude and unprofessional.

Hello. Employees did not give orders for customers through the delivery app for a long time, they said that it was not ready. But I noticed several ready-made orders on the shelves. It’s inconvenient in front of customers. I would like to deliver it to them hot. 5608 Laurel Canyon blvd.

They advertise a large NY pizza on tv for $10.99. When I got there, they wanted $13.99 for the large NY pizza.

Don’t order from here! The worst pizza. I ordered the NY style and the crust was so hard it cut my mouth. Tasted like stale old pizza. They barely sprinkled any cheese on it and it was $30 with tip. Literally I ended up throwing it away it was so bad and cold I couldn’t even eat it.

Pizza here is very tasty, you can customize any pizza to your liking. Sometimes there are deals in the app. Probably my favorite fast food spot for pizza.

Friendly staff, but sorry to say the pizza wasn't good. The wings were good & decent dip sauce.

Ordered online, and my food was ready when I got there and still hot. The employees were quick and parling was decent.

When I tell u when All of there employees are wonderful I mean ALL very polite attentive understanding fast and accommodating I love gettn my pizza here oh and the pizza is always cooked bomb if u have a special request and they can call them after you do your order and they will work with
