Delicious food
I have been coming to papillon bakery for over 10 years now.I always came here for ponchiks because they were generous with their fillings. When I bought a dozen ponchiks just recently, every single one had barely any filling.The price per ponchik has risen and they decide to be cheap with their chocolate filling. 90% dough 10% filling.They used to fill their ponchiks with a lot of nutella and now there’s barely any. The picture shows I was half way into the ponchik and it was empty. Waste of money to just eat dough
highly recommend them to everyone — they are exceptional!
The donuts have amazing flavor and top-notch quality, and even the customer service is excellent.

With everything that's going on around the world, you trust a doordash deliver guys with a box of food without sealing it? Also arrived an hour after I was told. You always, always, seal the box. Never trust delivery drivers not to tamper with the food.

Honestly, they sell really good pastries but they never greet or say hi or communicate with their customers. The employees look like they hate their life working there. U walk in and they just walk up in silence and tell you to wait while they disappear to the back for a long while.
