The quantity of the toppings keep getting smaller, the prices keep going up, and the promises of a store credit for a rude assistant manager never come to fruition. There is not calling the district manager, because it just bounces back to the store. I think pizza hut fired anyone that would keep the stores accountable. If you feel like taking your chances, go for it... I have been told a few times a credit would be put on my account, and it never shows up.

three massive long hairs inside the pizza dough.. immensely grossed out.. really upsetting cause we love pizza hut. NEVER AGAIN. we order pizza from local spots almost biweekly & we thought, 'the hut is so nostalgic to our childhood' so we were deeply compelled to Indulge.. way to ruin that. chains are a thing of the past. support your local businesss like lil toni's instead. I guess we're back to ordering from fresh brothers.. peace.

If you were an old school(since I was a child) person from the valley, we all know that there is a lot of competition , in the food business. I rate Pizza Hut five stars because of their professional, kind and wonderful customer service! I don't rate on a foodie level taste. They are Pizza(old school)i also rate 5 stars for the kids pallets, not adults that have been exposed to the foodie exposure. Pizza Hut is great for take, just be clear and specific. This location has wonder workers.

My complaint is this, My wife called in a very large order on her phone to this Pizza Hut location. She told them on the phone to link the order to my rewards account, to which the store manager said that wouldn't be a problem. The order wasn't placed under my phone number, so Pizza Hut customer service said they could not issue the rewards to my account. This is totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. We will not be ordering anything from Pizza Hut moving forward. They have lost a consistent and loyal customer.

Okay it's true.... Nobody out pizzas the hut!! The service here was immaculate. My boy even hooked me up with a free Pepsi. The food was super fresh, it was done quick and I was not aware of how good the Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls are.. my god!! So fire. The cheese bread was kind of dry but besides that.. I am so happy with my order. The MINI PERSONAL PAN PIZZA IS THE TRUTH!! Amazing every time. Way better than the big pizzas. Crispy, crunchy, all that.
