My pizzas were both burnt really badly. To the point they were inedible. I called the store and talked to a manager, this so called manager then transferred me to someone else who claimed they, "made the pizza and it was not burnt" I then tried to explain and they just kept telling that they "knew the pizza was not burned"

Please some retraining came in just earlier and i knew it eas gonna be bad when he didnt bother to give me my ranch and when i asked he was trying to charge me
Didnt bother to read the order leading to special instructions not bwing followed
Sad since my 2 prior times coming in with the older gentleman were so amazing apologized cause app couldnt time me wanting my pizza well done and actually reading the order
And no i looked at screen only 2 orders on there mine being one both resdy for pick up
Cant even go back cause if guy is there im sure he'll spit in my food
Solid pizza hut on Victory. If you live in NOHO the pizza hut on victory is 100x better then the one on lankershim.Pizzas are fresher, faster, sauce isn't sour and dough actually tastes good.

The worker in that attended me was a bit rude. He seemed young like maybe high school senior or 19 years old. Anyways, I came in and he comes to the front sluggish and asks me for my name. I was a bit confused because I hadn’t even said my order. The boy also was wearing AirPods and didn’t seem to be paying attention so that was disrespectful. The other people there seemed bored out of their minds and the Pizza Hut doesn’t even have a menu beside a small paper one. I completed my order around 8:30 pm for a personal pan and a brownie and it took half an hour for my order to be ready. Mind you, there weren’t any names on the screen about delivery and I was the only one in the store. Just go somewhere else. This location is not worth it.
I paid for cheese to be added to my breadsticks and when I got home, they hadno cheese at all. Also, I REALLY dislike the new chicken alfredo pasta. It was so much better before. I used to buy it all the time before. But, I will not buy this new version ever again. It is pretty bad.

So I order a pizza and wings. Large 3 toppings and 6.wings. I could not get any sauce for the wings unless I paid .91 cents. Then the pizza with wings came with no napkins, no parmasean, no plates, no nothing. For $45 bucks. Never again. This is why you don't eat out. Total ripoff these days. On the upside, the pizza and wings were hot. But I still feel robbed and disappointed.
