I got 3 pizzas that were 10.99 each . When I got to Pizza Hut to pick up my pizzas they told me my total was almost 50$ . I thought my math isn’t mathing. So I asked the cashier why it was soo expensive and he said they have a service charge . This is my last time going to any Pizza Hut . If you go to any mom and pop spot there is no service fee charge .

the delivery guy literally ate two slices of our pizza. It sounds bazaar but it actually happened. To keep the sticker in taxt he folded out the side of the box and slid his hand in. Nasty.

I ordered a pan pizza and was given hand tossed. I brought it up and the woman lied and said it was pan as if I didn't know the difference. This was the remake of the first which had even less crust. I called back to get her name and it's Lisa and Lisa is a manager. I also ordered a veggie pasta that was only cooked on the top. Fun :)

This is probably the worst Pizza Hut ever as even on the app and I will post photos. it would give me five dollars off my next order which I never received . Now I order through the app because my kid begged and completed that I ordered some Pizza Hut . I get the notification that it is ready in 15 minutes. I go down there. I waited 10 minutes. No one even walked out to greet me.So I left realize the credit card did not go through on their end not on my end . The app is horrible. The customer service is horrible, And the regional manager Gloria Lies!Something tells me give this place maybe another year or two and it will close down if not all of Pizza Hut sucks to close their doors. I will be seeking legal representation about all of this, and possibly class action suit. I now need to call my bank and make sure that I did not get charged for this pizza that I never received Worst and horrible service I've ever had in my life and it's such a shame because I've been eating this pizza since I was a kid.

Not factored into rating:Delivery: After seeing the service charge and delivery fee, and being a former delivery driver, we decided to tip in cash so that the driver would get everything that we wanted them to, instead of a portion of the delivery fee. It appears that they have outsourced delivery to Doordash and Uber eats. On the Pizza Hut app it said it was waiting for the driver, waiting, waiting, it finally got picked up, then it said the delivery was cancelled by Doordash. We called, and they said that they were trying to find out what happened, etc. After two fruitless calls, they finally said that the pizzas went out, but the delivery got cancelled. I finally told them I would come down and pick the pizzas up. The staff was helpful, but from what I overheard while in-store it sounds like the delivery system is a point of frustration.

Ok, I wasn't sure if it was true but now I know. I'm VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS MOVE. I don't like door dashers. I don't trust them. I've seen many videos about what they do with food. While the delivery was fast, I just don't trust these door dashers. Please stop this. Like Pizza Hut but I won't order anymore. I'll stick with dominoes or little Caesar's untill this is stopped

I ordered a pizza for pickup through the app and when I arrived the staff were very friendly. Pizza was good, but they had forgotten one topping I had added on. I called the store after we realized this and they offered to remake the entire pizza for free. I only had to pickup again. They were polite and apologized. Great service and I'll be back next time I want a pizza.

so I ordered pizza and cinnamon rolls get home get out of car and cinnamon roll box slides off and they fell on the ground.why is that ? they don't seal the dam box closed . I call them and tell them what happened and I get told that they are sorry but I just spent $30 on pizza that is extremely greasy and cinnamon rolls that landed on ground. I didn't even get to enjoy them.what a waste of my time and money
Driver incredibly polite and this guy called to let us know he was arriving, thought that was nice considering I'm visiting LA, never had that happen before definitely a 5 ⭐ worker (The food was cooked to our liking as well)

Great customer care/service. Food was delivered to my hotel nice and hot. The gentleman delivering the pizza called and asked what room we were in so he could bring it up. I was not expecting them to deliver up to our room. Amazing experience with Pizza Hut in California!

Ordered food for delivery it stated I would be receiving my order at 7:45 pm. Waited til 8pm ordered had not arrived, tried calling several times the store no one would answer. My order did not arrive until closer to 8:30pm. More than 30 minutes after it should have arrived, I would of understood if I was able to speak to someone and they said it was delayed but the fact that no one answered and the call just kept sending me to a sort of fax machine was very frustrating.

The worst pizza the pizza looked old and like it fell on the floor. And was 1.5 hour late waste of time and money will never order again. The TV adds make it look like so good and what we got looked like it was sitting out for a week.
