I SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Terrible location. Order a personal pan cheese pizza. I wait outside the store for 20 mins. Order is marked as ready on my phone. Go to pick it up. They weren't sure if I wanted cheese on it. Cheese........... on the pizza....... so instead of contacting me or anything, they just say it's ready. YAY! Rude, incompetent staff too. Yikes.

Calling to place an order, excited about the new "beyond meat" vegan pizza advertised all over Instagram.The guy was rude and unprofessional, hang up the phone on me and when I called again he said "do you still want me to check if we have vegan cheese"? Well... da?!The he placed me on a longggg hold.At that point we lost our appetite and gave up.

I placed an order from this location and the person who took the order sent the wrong order. I ordered 3 large pizzas and two pastas. I received 2 large pizzas and two pastas. I sent the order back to the location and called them. I spoke to the person who originally took the order and even though I told her what I had ordered she stated that the order I received was correct. She further got angry because the driver arrived at the location with the order and proceeded to yell at me for sending the driver back. It's simple - customer orders 5 items and gets 4 items = wrong order. I reiterated what I had ordered and she claimed that the order sent was correct. I told her to cancel my order. The manager contacted me to discuss the issue with the order. I did not wish to speak to him since I was already furious and told him to cancel my order.A week later I contacted the manager. The manager accused me of calling him all kind of names which he could not repeat. He claims that when I contacted the location regarding my incorrect order that he was standing next to the person I spoke with and that she did not yell at me. He further told me that he sent the headquarters a letter regarding me.I contacted the customer service department at the headquarters for Pizza Hut and filed a complaint. Now I see why the individual stores of Pizza Hut behave the way they do. I filed the complaint and the district manager was supposed to contact me. I waited 1 week. Nothing. I contacted customer service to find out that my number was entered wrong. The woman I spoke with corrected my number and said the district manager would contact me. I waited another week. Nothing. I contacted customer service again to find out that the district manager had closed my case because supposedly I never returned his call. How can I return a phone call when I never received a call nor received a voicemail? It doesn't take a genius to figure out that when you call someone and the person doesn't answer, you leave a voicemail message. I don't have ESP. The person at the customer service department reopened the case and said that a district manager will contact me.They obviously feel that they can treat customers in this fashion and that the customer is just going to take it and continue to do business with them. Well not this customer.
