Nice atmosphere, food was not amazing but it was good. There was a band playing and felt like a community.

Great spot in NoHo to enjoy pies with coffee and tea. Try apple, pumpkin or Dubai pie. Bonus: live music by groups like NonDuo.

One of the only things we knew when we started planning our wedding was that we wanted wedding pie. We searched for a bakery across Los Angeles that would be able to provide a diverse selection of pies and deliver them to our venue. We discovered Republic of Pie. They catered a mix of 18 whole pies consisting of pecan, key lime and marionberry for our wedding. Working with them was very easy, and they delivered all of the pies on time and pre-cut, making service seamless for our caterer. Our guests kept coming up to us and complimenting the desserts. Highly recommend catering your next event with Republic of Pie!

Had the strawberry rhubarb pie, which was a delicious find. Live music in a cozy atmosphere! I wish I had had more than 30 mins to spare before I had to leave because I would have loved to just hang out all evening. Definitely will be returning, and likely trying one of each flavor of pie!!!!

I want to say right from the start that I had no issue with the service, and the atmosphere, while pretty uninspired, was not a problem. But oh my god if you're going to call yourself Republican Of Pie, the pie should be great, it's literally your entire brand, and this was the worst pie I've had in my entire life. We had 4 slices: cherry, banana cream, a quiche, and a chicken pot pie. All were worse than you would get at a simple country diner. The cherry (pictured) was the worst, because the filling was that cherry/jelly substance (probably canned) that was so over-sweetened that we had to scrape it off to try some of the crust. Listen, I am not a hater. Maybe these pies were good at one time. But whoever owns this business has decided to cut all costs and just coast on their reviews. The reviews were what brought us in. It is *not* hard to make a good pie, you just have to put things together correctly and use good ingredients. Pies reheat well. But these are around $10 a slice, and you are getting ripped off if you go here.

False advertisement. They do not sell gluten-free bread or gluten-free rolls. Shame on his business and shame on Google for falsely listing it.

Republic of Pie provides firm coffee and both sweet and savory goodies via a welcoming setting. The Cookies & Cream pie: wow-good!

RAW DOUGH on both of the chicken pot pies we ordered. We drove across the city because we were craving pie, and we were really disappointed. The bottom half of the pies were completely raw. Unacceptable for a pie place. (The key lime pie was delicious by the way)
**EDIT: we tried it on the patio right after buying so it wasn’t a travel issue. I’ve baked my share of pies with soggy bottoms (in the words of Paul Hollywood), and I don’t mind a little softness. Undercooked and pasty is where I draw the line**

Ordered 2 pies for Thanksgiving and they were ok at best. I don't think the employee helping me out knew the correct procedure. I asked her if pecan pie should be refrigerated and if so, do I warm it up with following the instructions on the box. She looked confused and said yes to both, but the pie did not reheat well at all. It completely fell apart when touched with a fork and was very messy to the point of not being edible. Not at all how I like my pie. Our second pie was banana cream but this was one of the worst banana cream pies I've had. It was all whip cream, hardly any custard! Very overwhelming on the whip cream side even for a big fan of whip cream like myself. Overall it was 2 pies for over $80, certainly not worth it and honestly would have tasted better going to any normal grocery store.

Half an hour to bring out a premade slice of pie. Had to ask b/c people further back in line were getting their orders. So they werent backed up, they just forgot us. No apology, high prices, and super slow.
Cute spot! But gross matcha

Fun shop for coffee, pie, and other savory treats. Located in a fun building with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be difficult but worth it.
