Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

I asked to remove frozen yogurt cause I’m vegan and it tastes really bad, just frozen ice with no taste ??? for that money for a smoothie could’ve make it better. They offered to make a new one but I refused

Been here twice and both times they messed up my Nuts About Protein and had to ask them to remake. Haven’t had that problem at other Robeks locations, but unfortunately this is the closest one to me.

I placed an order and by mistake we bought 3 Açaí Bowl instead of two. We realized right the way about mistake and we asked the personal for a refund. They told us : “ We can’t make you a refund for one item “ and then we told them to cancel the whole order, the answer was the same: “ We cannot cancel/refund the order”
Honestly,unbelievable…We asked for the manager. Manager told us to leave a phone number and a name and he will do the refund when he will be back there. We could not accept something like this because we never heard something like this before. We insisted to the girls to work there to call the manager again and again and again. Finally he came, he was nice but he did not even know how to make a refund/ cancel the order. Seriously, they don’t know how to do a refund or to cancel an order?!
We have a restaurant as well and we give refunds all the time when people needed.
Very disappointing.

Bad service and really bad acai.
Since when does acai have ice chips in them?
Also when ordering to go you need to bag your own items.
The employer placed my items in the counter. There was a bag near by and I asked if it was for my items and was told "yeah".

Would rate the service lower if I could. Had a tall young man with curly black hair take my order. When he went to pour my smoothies I noticed they had extra left over and asked for him to pour it in a small cup on the side. Any smoothie place I ever go to, this is perfectly fine. He looks at me and tries to say "well its really not that much", and I ask him yo pour it anyway. The second smoothie I notice he turns his back to me while he pours, like he hiding something. Then when I ask him again to pour the extra he gets this attitude with me. Pours a little of it out and then pours the rest for himself while I walk out. I PAID for the whole smoothie so give me the whole smoothie.Even worse, the second smoothie he hid from view was super icey. It had zero flavor and was extra thick. He must of wanted to hide that from me so I wouldn't ask for a remake. Incredibly lazy. Nothing like the first time I was here.
