*UPDATE*Was contacted by someone who deals with reviews, and they stated they passed my info on to the franchise owners and that they would contact me. They never have, and to me, this is stealing and an absolutely disgusting way to run a company.*ORIGINAL*If I could give zero stars, I would. Husband ordered us pizza in store. Payment went through, but their machine froze. Employee called manager Sam, who advised her to take payment again even though my husband has proof from his banking app. Payment froze again but was given pizza anyways and advised that if it doesn't refund the 2nd charge to call back and we would get a refund. We are from Canada and have been calling a lot to talk to Sam, who refuses to call us back and told us to talk to our bank about it. This is absolutely disgusting, and the pizza was also terrible, and we threw most of it out. We just wanted the manager to at least call us back and not ghost us. I would avoid this place at all costs as they will screw you if given the chance.

We ordered a large garlic chicken and a small personal cheese pizza, both tasted really good. It's a bit pricey but we really like it. This place deserves better reviews.

Probably going to be my new default pizza place. We have a distinct lack of good pizza in NoHo and this thing came LOADED. Definitely on the pricier side but considering you're probably going to get two meals out of a large pizza, I'd call it worth it.
Everything was so good. Pizza was perfectly crisp and cheesy. The temperature was good and they give lots of toppings. Very generous and the service was quick. Will come back!
We ordered a pizza and 3 breadsticks. This pls e charged $40 plus a $6 delivery fee and tip. They ONLY delivered the breadsticks. I called and the manager said, "Yeah we forgot to give the delivery driver your pizza. You can come get it if you want." I explain to the manager that we didn't pay $40+ bucks for a delivery to "come get it if we want." She didn't know how to reschedule it for another delivery, but made an effort to have it rescheduled.UPDATE (THE NEXT DAY):The manager called me the following afternoon to ensure the delivery made it last night. I told her yes and thanked her for following up. She apologized again and said she felt terrible about the mistake. In addition, she refunded the price of our order to make it right. I thanked her for going above and beyond. Frankly, I'm stunned they even called back today. I haven't seen good customer service in a long while. At first, we were very frustrated. But it appears this establishment has learned a lesson in customer satisfaction in short order. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to order a pizza from a pizza restaurant and not receive any pizza at all. However. The restaurant delivered our order within the hour and called back today to apologize and provide a 100% refund. I changed my YELP rating from 1 TO 4. It doesn't take much for a single person to remedy a bad situation. Businesses need to understand that the human condition is driven by and based on emotional behavior based activity. Reputation management is all about making the right call. This restaurant made a bad service decision somewhere, but they made good on their mistake by correcting it on the spot, and following up the next day.
