Well how may I start my complaint. The carnitas taco is always great it is super loaded with meat I have to order an extra tortilla just to make three tacos because as you may know it comes in two tortillas do the math one taco = 3 horrible. And don't get me started on their great micheladas shame.

Reason for visiting: dinner with the homie, been a while Date/time of visit: Thursday night, ~8:00 PM Parking: there's lot parking and street parking; parking lot is tight so big SUVs probably not a good idea. There's some street parking but not much. All free. Party size: 2 Environment/ambience: busy and loud; it was raining so was surprised it was so crowded. I assume for Thursday Night football and NBA season. Looks small from the outside but once inside, it's huge. Bar area with restaurant seating; we sat in a section with no TVs but there other sections near TVs. No sound for the game. Service: was good; she came around often and was friendly. Self serve salsa bar. Food: had the Steak Fajitas with a Michelada with Modelo. Everything was good; huge portions so had leftover for lunch the next day. Complimentary chips with bean dip was ok. Cost: $95 with tip; there's different pricing if you pay with cash (I paid with credit card); I think it's like $3-$5 cheaper. Would I go back (yes/no): 75/25; parking can seem to be a hassle

I was very disappointed with my order, requested Beef Taqutios Rancheros. Come to find out they use cheese as a filler so they do not have to give you an all beef taquito. They should state cheese and very little beef taquitos on their menu.

Food is good but the customer service is not! Young girl Emily at the register was rude and annoyed because she wasn’t listening to my order. I repeated myself 5 times. It took for her manager to get involved and help with my togo order. For $27 and some change for shrimp enchiladas you’d think at least the service would be good! Then I went over to the salsa bar, I got my salsa but needed a bigger cup for the pico. I asked Elizabeth for another cup she told me to hold on, she went to the back then came out and walked right past me to go to a table to take their order. I ended up asking the manager for a cup then I let him know my experience. I don’t care how busy a restaurant is, customer service should ALWAYS be top priority!

No seats on the waiting area. Luckily we didn't have to wait to long to be seated. The service is really good. The waitress are coming back asking you if you need anything else. Not sure if there is a designated room for private parties. When I was there, there was a group seating right next to us very, very, very loud. I almost raised my voice to be heard by the other person I was with. Its is located on a very high traffic blvd. Vehicle drive to fast. The parking is on a lot next to it. You have to really know the entry or be really careful to prevent been hit by the traffic behind you when you are coming in or by the upcoming traffic when you are getting out.
Steak fajitas great. Diet Coke salsa bar and bean dip. What’s not to love. I particularly really enjoyed the beans and rice

We are once a month customers. Well this time it's horrible. The waitress (Brenda) is useless. If she were the owner, she would throw her away. I would never go here again. It took almost an hour to send our food!!! And besides, she ignored us twice when we called her. We consumed alcohol and food and she ignored us like that. Thanks to Mrs. Juliana who served us instead of the waitress (Brenda). We called the manager (Gilberto) and he is another incompetent guy. He started stuttering as if the waitress had sent him. We explained to him that we have been waiting a long time for our food. In fact, there are people who arrived after us and ordered the same food and they were delivered before us!!! What's up!!! And she didn't say anything, did nothing...!!! In the end, we paid for what we consumed, over 100 dollars, but we won't come back here. And you guys don't waste your time here, it's not worth it. Parking is tough, do recommend making reservations and getting there early. Had a party of 11 and were served quickly and efficiently. Plenty of helpers to help our hostess. All the food was delicious. Hot and tasty. They have asada fries! Adult drinks were good too.

This visit was not good. Tables wobbly, drink dropped, food not cooked well, and service bad. Not sure what was going on but it was not a good time. Food is usually good with todays service bad. When we wanted to exchange they had some attitude about switching plates. Not a good experience. 2/10

The server ANIELKA was so rude and horrible, made me and my wife feel more like a burden than a customer. No check ups, other servers had to do her job for her and offer refills, and fresh chips and beans.
