I like to consider myself a sushi snob (been to Japan 3 times) and this place is one of the closest I’ve found to out there quality wise. Their fish is so damn fresh, it’s not one of those places that needs to drown it in sauce to hide the flavors because the fish actually tastes amazing. The employees are freaking awesome. Super friendly and they memorize what you like if you come often enough 😂
Found this great sushi spot while working in the industrial park nearby. The parking lot is small and scary and some characters hanging out front of the liquor store. Once inside, I found the staff to be very friendly; the cute waitress didn’t speak much English but her charm made up for that. The men behind the sushi bar were are clearly well experienced. I enjoyed a bowl of clam miso soup which was perfectly prepared. The clams were tender and super fresh. Next came the sashimi...
The place outside looks nothing like the inside. Really nice place. Well kept and clean. The drinks are canned or Mexican bottles. The wait staff was super friendly. The tempura had the right amount of crunchy. Everyone in my party enjoyed the food.
