Sizzler

Good (not great) steaks and salad bar. Priced right for the quality.

The salad bar looked tired and a few things were inedible. My steak dinner was mediocre at best. I am giving 2 stars because the servers were actually good and attentive but that does not make up for poor food quality.

I thought that this Sizzler location was really nice! A couple of friends of mine and I decided to go to Sizzler last Thursday before our movie that we bought tickets for at Regency Valley Plaza 6 Theater, mainly because it was walking distance across the parking lot from the theater. Well, my first impression of the restaurant was good, because as we walked up, it was completely clean and manicured on the outside. They had beautiful flowers and grass next to the building that was just lovely. Then, inside, we could see that they took just as much care as the outside. It was spotless inside. We were immediately greeted by probably one of the most friendly employees I have have ever had the pleasure of encountering. The cashier was so sweet from the time we walked in until the time that we left after dinner, sending us off with a warm goodbye, and "come back soon.". Actually, all the employees there were courteous and very helpful. The three of us chose the salad bar, which typical of Sizzler salad bars, had the perfect selections of soups, salads, hot food and desserts, and the food was very good. The only request that I would make is that it would have been nice to have labels above the soups, as I have seen at other Sizzlers, specifying what each soup was. Other than that, we could see that the salad bar was well-maintained. My back was to it, where we were sitting, but one of my friends said that she saw one employee checking the temperature of the food items, after which, they were adding more ice to the cold salad items. It's also impressive that any time that we would walk up on the salad bar, it was always clean. They didn't have many customers there, which I am hoping was because we were there early on a Thursday between 4:30 and 5:30pm. It is well worth the visit, and even one of my friends said that we would have to remember this place. I absolutely agree.

Even when I asked please don't burn my pattie, please cook it medium. It came burnt. Although I enjoy a good char flavor, I like my burgers medium, why I get them from a restaurant. Juicy and soft in the middle. If I wanted a well-done burger I would have gone to a fast-food chain. On top of that, they forgot the pickles. Picture didn't match the product. Even with all this I still enjoyed the burger. Sizzler usually has some really good burgers. Maybe it was the shift? The manager?

The food was good and the place was very clean. The customer service was fantastic. The host Jose was super kind and considerate and patient with us during our meal decision. Only con about this place is the price of food.

Not honest about pricing. Had to correct them and get a manager involved.

Nice staff will clean you table of the sticky stuff if you ask them nicely & often.
