The sad part is the drink was made fast and it was good, but the staff has a crappy attitude like customers owe them something. They don’t say you’re welcome back. They don’t say have a nice day like seriously if you don’t want to work there then don’t work! try being unemployed. I’ve worked at Starbucks never did I feel like I my customer owed me something. I’m paying for a service I expect courtesy and all the girls there have the same nonchalant attitude and vibe. You really need to get over yourself. I am talking about this Saturday crew. And stop talking under your breath everybody knows that you’re talking about them

This is a solid Starbucks location. I agree with other reviewers that the staff here is incredibly friendly and sets a positive tone for the day. It does get busy in the mornings and afternoons, so I highly suggest ordering ahead on the app to skip the line. Even when they are busy, they are patient and get the orders right.

Wanted the managers at the store to know that your staff is so incredibly wonderful. Excellent customer service kind understanding and patient this morning with my first time at your location and I witnessed a customer be very unkind to wonder your young gentleman and he handled it so professionally and I just said try to roll it off and breathe and the lady was just not a nice person and your staff is just so amazing and now I’m when I’m in your area that’s the only Starbucks I’m gonna go to because Just excellent customer service great product clean store all around just amazing. Amazing people. It’s like you should know.

We’re lucky to be greeted almost every morning by Gal, whose bright smile and friendly energy always set a positive tone for the day. Recently, he suggested we try a few of the new Starbucks drinks — and he was spot on! His recommendations were thoughtful and personalized, and honestly made our morning coffee runs a lot more fun. Barista refuses to make mobile drinks as ordered. When politely confronted, she just gives you a blank stare.
Today a customer asked the staff, while thwy had no customers at the counter, if thwy could attend to the filthy bathroom. Again the rude blank stare. They literally ignored her until the woman lost her mind and made a huge scene and stormed out of the place. The staff just laughed and proceeded to just hang out chatting casually.
