Lately I have been ordering my favorite strawberry refresher drinks and a notice that they're coming from this location but I noticed that there is no ice being added to the drinks also I'd like to know what's up with the gift cards that you're giving away they say there's no value to him so how are we supposed to use them

I was served by Gabby and had the sweetest experience. She didn’t make me feel bad or like a bother for the way I like to customize my drink, she was so so so kind and I was so blessed to have had such a nice interaction with her! She’s a great worker and I’m super appreciative! She makes me want to come back to this location more often

Ordered a Venti Chocolate Cream Cold Brew with easy ice and foam on the side. The drink was noticeably underfilled. Easy ice should increase the amount of drink, not leave the cup looking two sizes too small.

I visit a lot of Starbucks locations, and this is the only one that consistently misses the mark on basic drink prep. When someone pays for a Venti, they should receive a full Venti. Simple.

I’m pointing this out so the store can tighten up its consistency. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for a proper fill every time.

I got a pink drink with no ice because I'm sick. They had the audacity to charge me $$1 for no ice 🧊😤 I'm sick I can't have cold drinks! Greedy corporations! The cashier was great is not her fault I had a bad experience.

Absolutely terrible. The coffee was awful — they didn’t add the caramel I ordered, and it tasted like it had been made hours ago and just reheated. The second drink, a strawberry lemonade, had no strawberry at all and tasted disgusting, like dirty water. Unbelievable how anyone could make drinks this bad.

I really enjoy this Starbucks! They always prepare my drink just the way I like it. My wife is quite particular, and the girl with blue hair knows exactly how to make her drink! I feel like part of the family now because I visit so often. The service is excellent! I’ve never been disappointed.

If I wanted attitude with my coffee, I would’ve stayed home and made it myself

I debated even stopping here because Starbucks has been so hit or miss lately and of course, today was a miss. I was in a rush and skipped my usual Coffee Bean, which was my first mistake.

On 9/21, the drive-thru barista, Daniella, light skinned colored eyed girl gave me major attitude just for asking to remove the whipped cream from my drink. It’s a simple request, not a personal attack. I don’t expect five-star service every time, but I also don’t expect to be treated like an inconvenience.

Won’t be back to this location. Or Starbucks in general

They are all super super rude. Only the ones that were working tonight and one with purple and blue hair with a septum piercing. i Asked for a drink wondering if they had it,I can admit I did ask a couple times if they had a drink because I couldn’t understand her.She replied with yes but in a very rude tone and the other worker also replied saying yes yelling. So I was caught off guard and just continued to act normal because I didn’t want them to mess with my drink.I understand these people are barely getting paid minimum wage and probably worked out but they really didn’t have to be so rude atleast keep it a bit professional.Im also not expecting them to look all jolly but to give us disgusted faces is just rude.Not one to complain but this honestly surprised me never been treated like that at Starbucks.

Are you kidding me... I asked for a Venti Iced Matcha Latte, with no ice and oat milk because I'm both lactose intolerant and thirsty. I pull up the the window, and as per policy the barista is smiling at me as she hands me the most disappointing drink I've ever paid for. Half the cup... HALF full, half foam, half whatever was left in the blender apparently. Six dollars for something I should have just paid three dollars for...💸 🍵😑

Milquetoast and banal yet better than the alternatives...
Homogeneous and typical of many an experience, Starbucks is an international chain as ubiquitous as McD and the like. That's not a half bad thing but it's also not really good praise: Gone are the days of the coffee shop as a hangout spot. Maybe that was just a Y2K fad. Regardless, my partner visits a Starbucks nearly everyday if not a few times per day. Weekdays and weekends. Her opinions create a bias perhaps but I'm still forever on the fence about chain coffee shops. Visiting hasn't given me the warm fuzzies or sense of community for 20 years and I don't see that changing. Drive thru shouldn't get a review, maybe.
