The worst Starbucks ever , their drinks disgusting, they don’t even know how to do drinks, my order was dragon drink with strawberry foam and really easy ice ( I asked few times really easy ice because I my throat hurts please) And look what I got , milk mostly just and 75% of venti cup just ICE!! Just milk foam , not what I ordered at alllllllll! I just don’t want to drink it ! Unbelievable that Starbucks location can do that !!

Went to Starbucks and waited in line for exclusive merchandise for hours . Only for the store manager to let the drive through cut in line and buy all the merchandise.. they couldn't even give us the courtesy to tell us to get in drive through line. Azusena the shift leader should be demoted and starbucks should be ashamed how they run their business to loyal customers. At this point i wont be going there and wasting money til they make this right. There was a group of people who were wronged today and your staff was very unproffessional. Do better !!!!

Slowest starbucks ever. Stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 vehicles infront of me only. Put the music down, and get to work Jesus Christ
It’s been several occasions that I try to go early morning to get work done because that’s what a coffee shops is for. Each time they have had trap music BLASTING at 8 AM. It’s a coffee shop not a club. It should be a good atmosphere that enables others to go inside!

I honestly rate Starbucks a one due to their change of being able to get water. It seems you can't find fresh drinking water in any public, government or private entity now days. The pipes probably have not been changed in the drinking fountains in the malls and parks.
But I'm definitely rating this one a one star due to the image below. Someone dipped the toilet paper into the toilet and put it right back. The disgusting part is there were clearly stains on the inside of the bowl.

I walked into the starbucks and had to charge my phone in order to make my purchase, But ask if I could have a small cup of water for my dog and the employee would not give me a cup of water for my dog. Anyone else find that absolutely pathetic??
