This lady skipped my order and continued to complete 5 other people’s order before
mine. She was very inconsiderate and told me she skipped my order because it was faster to make the others. I do not appreciate the customer service at this location. Please do better!!

No plugs here, the drinks are higher priced, and although it says that they’re open until 11 the inside closes at 8. Not very nice employees either.

No matter when I come busy or slow, I always order through the drive thru and my order will always be wrong or so poorly made it reminds me why I don’t come here. Go to the one on lankershim, better service and better drinks.

My partner and I swing through here in the morning a lot, whether together or separately. I really have to say that the people that work here give the best service out of many other Starbucks we have been to hands down (and we've been to too many!) 98% of the times the drinks are made perfectly.

The drinks are fine, the usual Starbucks flavor. Nothing wrong there. But the employees here are not very nice nor friendly. They quietly do their job, never call out drinks or talk to the customer. The smaller Starbucks on Lankershim, or the one on Ventura and Vantage, or the one at Vineland and Ventura are far better. And sometimes the drinks here take so long. I ordered a latte one day, when in my car in front of my house. It said it would be ready in 4-7 minutes. I drove the 6 minutes there, parked, walked inside and waited another 7 or 8 minutes for my drink. It took 15 minutes. And the store wasn't that busy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ok In this Starbuck there are not only a good service. They haven very good vegetarian foods and especial acceso for the people with weelchair. Thanks.

Nick, the employee that was working the drive-through took my order correctly I read my order on the raider board Trenta peach, green tea lemonade with classic. When I got to the window, I was presented with a passion, tea lemonade, and Nick explained to me the sticker on the drink said caramel drizzle, but they didn’t put caramel in my drink. OK sounds good, but this is not the correct drink. So he says, what did you order again I repeated a Trenta size peach, green tea, lemonade, with classic. He disappears, and then comes back to the window with a green tea over a little bit of ice. There obviously was no lemonade and no peach and shut the window right away. I waited a moment or two and then I honked my horn. He came back to the window and asked me if everything was OK and I said this is just green tea and I repeated my drink again Trenta size peach green tea lemonade with classic . He takes the drink back inside and then presents me with a water down drink that they had just added lemonade too- no peach no classic was added. Nick takes the drink out of my hand and says, do you still want the peach? So they remake me another drink by this time I was completely disgusted. He tried to hand me what appeared to just be a regular herbal iced tea. No effort at all was made to make me the correct drink. So I asked for my money back and a very rude girl with black hair and a high ponytail said I am sorry we couldn’t get it right for you in a condescending tone. Here is the irony of the whole story. I was handed a receipt that shows a refund for a Trenta size peach green tea, lemonade they didn’t include the classic along with a message on top that said reason for the return I didn’t want not they didn’t bother to make it correctly as what it should read.

There’s a female worker that’s tall with glasses and a beanie that looks at you and doesn’t attend you she ignored me while I was waiting to order while the other employee went out of his way to attend me while he was at the drive through window and busy while she stood there doing nothing.
