This Starbucks is so bad every time I come here I feel like I’m being karmically punished for something horrible I did in a past life. The espresso is bitter the drinks take forever SOS there are a million other Starbucks in this area save yourself some trouble and go to them instead

the drink was entirely ice. it is $6 + for a drip of milk and espresso? in 3 sips i was done. it feels like such a waste of money.

Very friendly and prompt service. Atmosphere is fine! Food is always heated well. I’d say my primary complaint is that the water always taste like coffee tinted or something. Notable both when drinking the plain water and when ordering teas/non coffee drinks. They need to use a dedicated faucet or something.

Terrible service and it takes 30 min at the drive thru even if you are the 5-6 person in line. They have been like this for years and I literally regretted pulling in and getting stuck in the line.

Went to pick up an order it wasn't ready waited over 10 minutes and no one was bothering making the drink even though when I got there they said they just had to pack it up.

Very slow service on multiple occasions. Hard to blame the staff because they're overworked and understaffed, but corporate should subsidize labor for their stores if they want customers to return. Also, I didn't receive part of my order at the drive thru window.
