I stopped by this Starbucks while walking with my dog because she LOVES their Pup Cups — it’s her favorite little treat whenever we pass by. I wasn’t planning on getting anything for myself this time, but I even offered to pay for the Pup Cup, and they still refused. My dog was so excited when we walked up and ended up super sad when she didn’t get her treat. I come to Starbucks all the time, and most locations are always so kind about it, so this was honestly really disappointing. It’s such a small gesture that means a lot to loyal customers (and their pups).

people actually smile and are genuinely warm. All the boys and girls are always joyful.

Only feedback I’d say is that they go a bit crazy with the milk. Sometimes my coffee order tastes like milk rather than coffee. And it’s the espresso brown sugar iced coffee, so it should taste like espresso. Other than that perhaps a bit more attention to detail on online/pickup orders.

Skip this location they keep you waiting a very long time at their drive thru.

I like this Starbucks because they are open later than all the other coffee shops but last night walking up to order at the window was a sign that drive-up and mobile orders only, A four-mile walk, and no cappuccino 😞, I'll be back because of the late hours but please keep the walk-up window open 🙏

When picking up a mobile order, it's essential to ensure that your drink is made correctly. I’ve noticed that the staff seems to be under a lot of stress and is overworked, so it’s important to advocate for quality in the service.

this location is the most disgusting Starbucks i’ve ever been too. i was waiting at the ordering window when I saw a ROACH crawling and the staff just saw it crawl away. never coming back to this disgusting store

Coffee tastes like water

30 minutes watching the staff stand around and talk instead of making orders.
Glad they have the time to sit around and waste everybody else's time.
Staff here should be removed.
Or maybe just shut this garbage hole down.

Great place that has their operations in order. Fast and accurate towards a quality cup. Was 7th (I'm always counting) in line when I pulled in and was able to order in 5 minutes and receive my Blackeyed Joe in that space. This team is first-rate.

Second Starbucks to refuse bathroom. First one was when I was 5 or 7 months pregnant. I even clarified that they were residing the bathroom to a pregnant lady with diabetes. They told me to pay first. That was 2 years ago. I haven’t had an issue after that until last week. My 4 year old had to pee badly. I figured Starbucks so we can get drink and cake pops after. They refused the bathroom for my 4 year old asking to order and pay first. I told them he couldn’t hold it. He’s 4!!! They said it policy. I can’t believe that a company would have this police towards children and pregnant woman. Then I called to place a complaint the representative was short and kept repeating it was policy. I asked for a manger. He said I don’t have one. I said you don’t have a manager? Then a higher up. He said I have a supervisor. Beyond defensive no compassion. The supervisor was sweet and apologetic. She said they would call me back 2-3 day to get more info and nothing. Disappointed this company is so busy worrying about inclusion but disregard mothers and children.

The line here is longggg sometimes, but I use the mobile app to get in and get out! Staff is nice! My order is always prepared properly 😇
