My husband and I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a strawberry refresher with light lemonade I know this is a drink tasted awful so I walked back into Starbucks in the young girl she must be new and she had a real attitude with me kind of snapped and told me know they were going to make the drink for me and I'm like I just paid for the drink and drive through it's just like I'm sorry we can't do that anymore I'm like what you shouldn't have people working for Starbucks that's going to act like that towards customers be very rude and nasty and be like that torture customers

I asked for a cup of water to take a pill, and they told me they can’t give water if I don’t buy anything. Sorry, but that feels really disappointing. At least they could have offered tap water. It’s basic human decency.

Employees have a really bad attitude. They prioritize their personal conversations
over providing basic services to customers.

Rude employees and dirty bathrooms. The least they can do is hire polite employees to serve you their overpriced sugar wanna be coffee.

I came in planning to buy coffee, but I needed to use the restroom first and asked for the bathroom code. The employee wearing the drive-thru headset ignored me and walked into the back. When I asked another employee, they asked if I’d already purchased something. I ended up leaving without buying anything the way I was treated was really irritating.

I’ve never been reprimanded just for buying something—until Starbucks decided to make me the exception.
It’s 9:00 p.m. I want a nightcap, so I order a drink through the app. The instructions? Pick it up inside. Easy enough. I live across the street, hop on my bike, and go get it.
Here’s the catch the app doesn’t bother to mention: after 7:00 p.m., this location is drive-thru only. So I knock on the door. Nothing. Repeatedly. Ignored. Starbucks has my money and my drink, and apparently that’s all that matters to them.
I roll up to the drive-thru window, explain I’m picking up a mobile order, and what do I get? “No bikes.” That’s it. No acknowledgment, no help, just a blunt dismissal of a paying customer.
Finally, a manager shows up, hands me my drink, and says, “The inside closes at 7. Don’t come back here.” No apology. No courtesy. Just straight-up rudeness.
Let’s be clear: this is 100% Starbucks’ fault. Wrong instructions on the app, staff who can’t handle a simple pickup, and zero customer service. If this is how Starbucks treats paying customers, maybe it’s time to stop pretending and fix your app, train your staff, and actually care about the people giving you their money.

I went to this Starbucks 11/19/25 with my mother and I have never done pick up through drive thru so I told my mom to maybe pull up to the window which was my mistake but upon arriving to the window the worker that was there gave attitude to my mother and told her “next time use the speaker box” so when she tried apologizing he kept giving a dirty look and handed the drink which wasn’t that good. I understand that people have rough days but it was straight rude and the guy even looked at his coworker and whispered something. (I’m not sure if to include the name of the barista because it might be rude? Also since I don’t know a last name I don’t want the wrong person in trouble in case there is more than one person with the same name)

I don't know if this is this specific Starbucks or all Starbucks do this with their app.
But I was just told that if you do more than one item in your order on a mobile app order.. your items will not be made at the exact same time, meaning they won't be as fresh as each other.. one item is made and then a walk-in customer item will get priority over the rest of your ticket making the rest of your items either cold or melted.

The first thing I smell when entering this Starbucks is cigarette smoke, YUCK, not a pleasant experience for any customers. The wait times for walk-in orders can take some time if there are a lot of customers in the drive-through. The coffee offered is enjoyable and I like that they offer non-caffeinated drinks. I always ask for no or light ice as they give a lot of ice in their drinks and it waters down the coffee.
