this is the worst place, they made me buy a drink and didn't let me into the toilet, it looked like discrimination ,
NO AC OUTLETS …….In town on business needed to charge my laptop and there are no outlets in the lobby. I’m guessing that’s the discourage maybe homeless people from being there but what about people that love Starbucks and a great customers to the company… I’ve never given Starbucks a bad review ever but I really needed to do some work. I bought coffee sat down and they told me I couldn’t charge anything Ridiculous…. The only thing good about the Starbucks is it’s close to an In-N-Out.
I don’t leave reviews often but I had such a negative experience from one of the employees that I felt I needed to review.
I order from time to time through the drive through and on numerous occasions an employee by the name of Didi was quite rude to me. Recently I asked if a certain tea was good because I was contemplating a couple different options. I was mostly just speaking out loud when I asked about a tea if it was good/healthy.. (OBVIOUSLY I KNOW IT IS TEA AND IS PROBABLY HEALTHY), this employee responded by saying “if you’re asking me to medically diagnose you, I can’t do that”.
HUH?? 😂 I am a very easy going personality, and I’m always kind to customer service people since I too also work a retail position and for a while as well. I know when there’s banter about items and I know how to respond to simple banter. Most every single customer service worker knows this. What I said wasn’t crazy or implying I was sick or anything. I was NOT looking for medical advice.
This is just ONE example of how this employee has been rude and almost condescending and it felt like a targeted experience since I’ve been there numerous times and no other employee has ever spoken to me like that. In fact NO customer retail employee in all of Los Angeles has ever spoken to me this way! It was nuts! I don’t like confrontation and I don’t like feeling like I was bullied or really spoken to like I was stupid.
Don’t treat your customers this was. I will never return to this Starbucks for this reason.

I used to love this location until I was asked to leave one day by the daytime manger just because I had service animals with me which is against the law to ask someone to leave with a serious dog ! The oatio is now clowd at a certain time and weird msngers about that and told me they had no idea why ! Find this very interesting
The staff needs to be trained better, walked in to place an order and took almost 5 minutes to get my order because the cashier kept interrupting me because she had items in the oven and kept asking me to wait until she got all the items out, I felt pretty annoyed by the end and when she came back to the front I asked the cashier if she was actually ready or if she needed to take more items out of the oven, to top
It off they didn’t refill my ice coffee when I asked as stated in their new policy!
Posted hour are not followed. They're supposed to open at 5:30am on Sundays, I ordered on my app and arrived at 5:30am and it was not opened and the drive thru was blocked out. I figured I’ll give them 5 min and theyll open by then but to no avail, the employees were inside pretending not to see you standing outside their door. 20 minutes after i had received notification that my order was ready I was able to go through the drive thru and they said it that the inside opens till 6:30. There is no notice stating this and the drive thru was not available, how the F am I supposed to get my order? By the time i got them, the danished tasted odd as if something had been done to them due to my complaint, you could even hear laughter inside as if they were mocking me. I ended up tossing my order and losing $20 by doing so. Not going back!
I practically live at Starbucks.
Drove through to finish up one of my Starbucks challenges and get my stars. The service was quick, my order was customized without hassle, and the barista at the window was pleasant. All in all, a great experience.

Walked in and right back out two minutes later. The music is BLASTING. I was going to order a coffee and work on my laptop but I couldn't hear a thing. Couldn't even hear the baristas as they called out people's orders. Way overstimulating

Manager is terrible and racist.. let’s majority of Armenian old men smoke and do as they please but when minorities are chilling and relaxing she decided to call security and be hostile. Terrible environment, bad attitude, and I couldn’t enjoy my meal outside without being harassed. Seriously need better management.

Today I had a bad experience in this establishment, I arrived with my son and while we were waiting for our orders two guys start arguing until they almost come to blows, one of them crazier and looking for something in his car and the employees start to take us out. everyone and close their doors, exposing us to danger without knowing if the guy was carrying an @rma (thank God it wasn't like that) which they shouldn't have done, it's okay to get them out of the problem, but why their clients? Instead of safeguarding one's life, what they did was expose us, which the guy grabbed his car and drove around like crazy in the place, it should be noted that they put a sign saying that our orders would be delivered at the drive thru 😡 Al In the end, a local security tried to deal with the guys and the thing stopped and they gave us our order, but it was very bad on the part of this staff that at the moment, due to the same nerves, they did not react by asking those of us who did not have to be left inside. nothing to do with that fact
