Coffee tastes like burnt dirt water. Completely awful and horrible experience. If you have to use the restroom first good luck! You will be forced to make your purchase first. Better tell your poor children and elderly parents to keep holding it until you order their awful coffee . Will never return to a Starbucks ever again!

The men who work here love to have full blown convos at the register, while ignoring the fact other people are in line. It's rude and disrespectful. Don't act ignorant.

Wow….how disappointing this specific Starbucks is…..very condescending and way out of line for very easy asks. Hope you don’t want to be treated well or need any ice or coffee sleeves. I so appreciate kindness of the majority of Starbucks establishments!

I got a hot white mocha and didn’t drink it but felt the cup was light. Took the lid off and noticed almost 1/3 of the cup empty. I went in asked and they remade it which was very nice but honestly it was still the same with whip cream to fill it a bit closer to the top. Plus it still taste off texture wise. Milk may have been aerated too much. Either way won’t be back to this location. Never had this happen before at Starbucks and I drink multiple times a week from different locations.

I am appalled by the discriminatory treatment I experienced at this Starbucks today. While on a walk I suddenly became very dizzy and in urgent need of water. I made it to Starbucks in relief. When I politely asked for a cup of water, the girl with glasses, dark hair refused and said, “Did you purchase something? Water can only be given with a purchase But they have cups and ice next door that you can get.” I walked to The Stand next door. The gentleman at The Stand immediately gave ‘e a cup and allowed me to fill it with ice and water which prevented me from passing out. The refusal I experienced was both inhumane and discriminatory. No one should be denied basic access to water. I left feeling dehumanized and shocked by the lack of compassion and basic decency.
They wouldn’t give my 7 pound Yorkie a pup cup without a purchase. It’s like a tiny cup of whipped cream dude why do I need to purchase something. Ridiculous

Where has common decency gone? No free water because I need to purchase something? This place is always dirty and filled with people. Good luck finding a place.

They take forever to get your drinks. There was 4 people on drinks alone and took them like 5 reminders to get my drink ready. Smh

Was treated very badly by Tiffany at the front. I simply asked for a cup of water and was told that there only going to give me a cup if I buy something right then in there. There are a lot of homeless people so I get it but I’ve never been treated so badly at a Starbucks. I hope Starbucks actually read this.
Rudest staff I've ever seen in my time here in California. They act like they don't get paid to be there and earn tips. I will never come back here again.

The only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that would not let me buy a cup of ice water.
I have ordered big large cappucino, and it was terrible taste. Coffee is overfried

I stopped by this Starbucks location inside NoHo West today to get a drink for my wife. I was grabbing lunch at another restrauant nearby in NoHo West so I was already around the area. They were not busy at all when I walked in, I was able to walk to the counter and place my order. My wife wanted her Venti Peach Green Tea with 4 pumps of sweetener and light ice. The inside of this Starbucks is pretty modern and I thought it was nice. They didn't take long for the drink to be ready. They do leave out any food order on the counter so just be aware that other people might take your order because they don't check first. The parking here in the garage or structure is free for now but I believe they are planning on charging soon because I saw the signs before.
