I've ordered drinks from here before and I never had an issue. The cashiers are super cool and funny. My breakfast sandwich was literally done after I paid. I never had the pink drink before, so I decided to try it out since everyone kept talking about it. In fact, it was so good that I even ate the strawberries and ice šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ real big back activities if you'd ask me. Overall I'm satisfied with my order.

i’m very very disappointed in this establishment once i received my drink i opened the container and noticed that my grande drink was half full in the cup they also charged me for $1 extra for no strawberries and $2 extra for no ice! now i know plenty of people will say ā€œthat’s not a lot just pay the money!ā€ BUT NO. with inflation these days and the tariffs i am NOT paying extra for no strawberries and no ice!!

Don’t come here and don’t tip. As a Starbucks barista this place sucked!! Went in for 3 simple drinks Venti Pink Drink, Tall ice Carmel Macchiato, Grande Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Took them 40 minutes to make. understand if they were busy but they weren’t. Made some drinks wrong, they did a Dragon Drink instead of a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Wanted light ice on my Pink Drink paid an extra $2.00 for it just not even get it. The Starbucks was just super dirty the drains were black, the counters full of liquid and trash. She put the shaker lid on the dirty counter while making the drink SUPER NASTY!!! Waste of my time. One of the workers were being so disrespectful to everyone and was just standing around not making our drinks and playing rock paper scissors with co workers.

Bad service and the drinks are expensive to deliver and they are just water, even though you are ordering lemonade.

Very rude staff, the person at the cash register was very rude and sometimes just stared at me without saying anything. I didn't get a straw with my refresher so I asked politely and the straw was simply thrown over the counter! There was no one walking around in a good mood.

I would not recommend visiting this Starbucks located in lower Universal Studios, situated between the Mummy ride and Transformers. Firstly, the cashier line does not take orders as requested.

My companions and I ordered coffee and the pastries, but it took us nearly 40 minutes to receive them. The baristas and other staff in the coffee section were aware of our prolonged wait, as we were waiting right in front of them. However, they seemed indifferent to our presence and did not address the issue.

Finally, after 30 minutes, someone named Nykki noticed us and offered assistance. It was only then that we were able to leave and enjoy our ride. I strongly advise against visiting this Starbucks due to their abysmal service. It is not just us who experienced missing or delayed food.

While we were waiting, numerous other customers encountered problems with their orders, highlighting internal issues within the management. If you want to have a happy holiday experience at Universal Studios, I strongly suggest avoiding this particular Starbucks location.
