We got drinks in 20 minutes here including the line. It’s slow but not tragically bad. We came in at 8:15 AM though.

I was having an amazing day at universal studio until I walked in to this Starbucks. Very very bad service at cashier. Too many people were waiting for the drinks - and not even allowed to ask questions, when I asked question about my order the staff gave me an attitude. Noticed a few staff members were just standing there and chilling. Store manager please do something, it’s very horrible. Especially the lady with black mask on.

Horrible, rude attitude and service. don’t go.1. Ordered a coffee and said we would come back and pick it up the staff said yes. When we came back after 5 mins this lady dumped the coffee because they can’t hold it. Why did she say yes when we placed the order?! So we have to waited again for the coffee. She even warned us we won’t get the coffee next time if we leave and come back to pick up the order.2. Also we ordered one matcha latte and after 20 mins they still didn’t make it. We had an emergency so we had to leave and asked this lady to refund us and we were told that we need to wait for another staff but never showed up. So we left without getting the matcha latte and refund. Worst Starbucks experience ever, just don’t go. Making this universal trip a bad experience.

They are very rude and slow. After waiting over twenty minutes to pick up a scone, I'm told there isn't one. Looking to see if they have them before selling should be for organized people. To complain you have to go to the other end of the park. Not recommended.

Super slow and didn’t put my snacks to make despite the order being on my receipt. Waited for more than 30 minutes.

Super slow. One person making coffee during peak hours but multiple people walking around with clipboards. Expect to wait 20+ minutes to order and another 10-15 to actually get your coffee (and I only ordered an Americano!) But sadly few other options for breakfast on lower

They need to prioritize orders in the correct order! My girlfriend ordered her drink and a lot of customers that ordered after her, got their drinks first. Unfair!

Don’t come here! You will wait 2 hours! Waste of time! It takes longer than waiting those rides!

There are long lines and only one of three cashier/order stations is staffed. I don’t think reviews matter here because there will be long lines so Starbucks has a captive audience with horrible

On a Sunday with only ONE cashier to take orders. Waited at least 40min to order a drink. Can’t get coffee anywhere else - was told Starbucks had the exclusive coffee rights. If you going to do this, at least hire enough staff to serve the demand!!!

If you’ve seen my other Starbucks reviews, you know the bar for good Starbucks locations is very low. This one while long lines moves faster then most Starbucks locations.Do expect at least a 20-30 minute wait if you come past 9AM.I wish Starbucks corporate could have two lines for people - those who just want simple drinks (eg, espresso, cold brew, latte). And then a line for everything else (eg, sugar drinks that take 2-4 mins each.Would move the lines at the park faster and keepLoyal coffee drinks happy.

There are literally five people working here. There are 50+ people in line. The Starbucks down the street from my house has more employees then the Starbucks at universal studios. This is poor managerial skills. Making your employees wok extra for literally thousands of thirsty visitors is just bad planning
