Won't accept coupons that got sent in the mail locally. No signage!! Ridiculous.

Tried getting food 15 before closing time. The sign and website said closing time was at 9.p.m. on Sundays. Lady inside had the door closed and locked. I knocked and pointed at the time. The lady shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care.

The store staff treated us very badly. Serves in a bad way. They don't want to accept the coupons and when we ask why, they just answer wrong. The truth is that it is a terrible service. Very expensive for a simple sandwich

Another judge dredd syndrome "I am the law" having business owner. The employee told me that by the owners order, they don't accept corporate coupons. I don't understand how and why that is possible, but one thing I know is that profit is profit. Little more - little less, but always is the way to keep the customers coming back to you and not shopping around. There is a saying: It's better loose part of the whole than the WHOLE.
P.S. place the napkins at the customers reach.

To send coupons if they do not accept them, the policy must be unified in all stores. It is very frustrating and the customer service is terrible, very bad experience.

Unfortunately, this establishment doesn't accept coupons that I received at home blocks away. Red flag, why be so cheap ? I reluctantly ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches. Uh oh, not much in the small thing, lol. Bread was ok, dry on the outside, small portions. The taste is good, not horrible or great. For a total of $ 8.53, it's not a fair deal. $ 3.50 is fair. Don't waste your money on this one. Stick with cold sandwiches.

Had to wait 45 min for the cashier to release my food. That is the last thing I wanted to do after I had worked very long day. The cashier asked me to swipe my card after the order was complete which I did and I included a 15% tip for her. The card got approved and it went through and I really don't know why she asked me to do it again. So I did and then it was declined. I have fraud protection on my bank. I showed her the transaction on my online banking of how the transaction went through the first time,
she insisted that it didn't go through because she didn't get a receipt on her side. I called my bank and had them on the phone and they were saying that it had gone through. She did not relent and would not release my food I asked her please call a manager because I could not just walk away without my food after the bank had the fee pending. The manager finally showed up and just handed me my food. Very poor customer service I actually regret giving her a tip. We'll never visit this Subway again

I’m really disappointed for the way the costumer service was at the store at 13009 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606 I was just there 10 mins ago. Around 4:30 pm 11/01/2023 I went there and there was 2 woman working there. When it was my turn to place my order I told them I had a coupon. And the woman (elderly lady) cut me off straight away and told me that they were not accepting coupons with a horrible attitude. Telling me that the owner didn’t want to take them and completely ignored me. She kept doing her stuff. I told her that there was a lot of inconsistency why Subway would send coupons and when you get there they wouldn’t take them. But again she had the worst attitude and I felt ignored. And they way she told me it was in a defensive way form the very beginning. She made the owner of the store looked terrible and the company too. I just left I didn’t want to get anything after that

This location doesn't accept the coupons you received in the mail. Then why do the coupons exist in the first place if you aren't going to honor them? You lost a customer for this

There were 2 things that warrant a one star at this location. 1, they don't accept any coupons which is not good, but whatever, I don't mind too much. My main issue is with the amount of toppings that they put onto my sandwich. There was a total of 4 slices of banana pepper and barely any spinach, it was pretty much an empty sandwich. And she put a single line of sauce... who does that? Normally they put double. Honestly, unless you're on a diet or don't want to get the value for your money at a subway, don't go to this location.
