My bread isn’t fresh.so the sandwich was not great. The lettuce they had put is brown I ask if they had more they said no. I ask the lady to pick out the ones that’s really brown.

Veggies are frozen and thaw out daily by the looks of it look more rotten then fresh health department should inspected asap food poison for sure if you eat here I walked don’t eat here❗

I remember coming here years ago one night after the gym and a very unfriendly young lady made my sandwich. It was weird but not surprising at all. Anyway, fast forward some years later - me and my brother stopped by here about a month ago. He ordered a meatball sub and I went with a cold cut. Waited well over half an hour and there were other customers that were visibly annoyed.When we get home my brother tells me they gave him a completely different sandwich. I proceed to eat my sandwich (which was pretty bad btw) and about halfway in I notice a hair in between the veggies. Nice! Definitely avoid coming here.

I ve gone here many times cause i live nearby. The quality here isnt good. The sandwhiches here are thin and carelessly put together. Theyre missing items all the time. This time i got a monster sandwhich (15$) they didnt put any bacon hardly any cheese. Thin as hell and barely any toppings. Last time they forgot avocado on my turkey avocado sandwhich. (Its in the name come on). Even when i get a regular sandwhich it always seems thin compared to other subways. Whoever puts the online orders together doesnt know what goes on what or doesnt gaf. The picture is supposed to be the monster sandwhich.

Rude workers, stale bread. Manager, I think her name is Roxanna, is just as rude as the employees she supposedly manages. Told the manager that the bread was hard, and tasted stale, and she said "it is what it is" refused to make my sandwich on a fresh bread, and said I could take it up with the owner. Refused to tell me who the owner is or how I could contact him/her. They treat paying customers with disrespect, and quality of toppings are pretty bad, raw tomatoes, old lettuce leaves and overall a real disappointment. Shame that a manager and employees with bad attitude can ruin your experience. I mean how hard is it to have a good attitude, after all you are in customer service, or maybe they don't know what that means

So this review is not about the food but rather the type of service and rudeness this Subway location has towards customers. I walked in to purchase food for my 4yr old and myself but before that I had my son sippy cup that needed to be rinsed. I politely asked the Manager (chubby hispanic lady) if I may use the restroom that's located outside the counter as many subways have for CUSTOMERS! and she rapidly said "the bathroom is out of order" when clearly the bathroom wasn't out of order because later she said that the bathroom was only to be used for their employees. I've used this bathroom before to wash my hands multiple times that I've been here and out of a sudden the bathroom becomes unavailable for your own customer who purchase food so that your restaurant can continue operate in these difficult times. She then said that the water fountain on the soda machine didn't offer water as well in which then I became upset and took my business to Jersey Mike's in which they do offer an outside bathroom for customers. This Subway location lacks customer service and service to customers...I will NEVER EVER give this location my business anymore...That Manager lady should get better training and open the door to your bathroom. I understand that homeless take advantage of public restrooms and mess them up but I walked in with my 4yr old and I clearly don't look like a homeless person. SHAME ON YOU MANAGER
