Owner was very nice.
I can’t believe a sandwich 6 inch cost almost $18. And I came back the next day to get a breakfast for 749 and they’re telling me they don’t have that price anymore but they have the banners up promoting the breakfast sandwich for 749 but they’re charging me $11 and some change
Read the reviews of this place- the older lady making the sandwich and the manager will give you a hard time and make your experience bad. Avoid this place at all costs. I made a complaint on the subway website about the horrible service I experienced and it put me in contact with the manager who proceeded to berate and ridicule me. I will not come to this location again and warn others to do the same!
I was a bit worried having to order from the outside window with it being late at night, but the young man working tonight was great, understood and made the order perfectly
The worst customer service ever, and will not be coming back to this location. Store owner Mr. Armen Melikyan was super rude because he got upset that I used a $6.99 coupon for a sub that is available online via the app. He stated that I am taking a sandwich with less than 30% of the price. If it is so wrong to use online coupons , then why have them available via the app? Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience and I do not recommend this location as you will be received with rudeness if you use online app coupons …..
Place a order on the app second time try to give them a chance to fix it. However, Maria and the manager armen are super rude. Didn't want to help me. To fix to get my money back or my sandwich. They said they couldn't help me to call my bank . For my money.
The older Hispanic lady was so super rude like anything I wanted to add she would roll her eyes or shrug or pretend she dnt hear me ..I asked her for a certain sause and gave me attitude she’s like it’s out no Letme check in the back .Its 24 hr location u should be more than fully stocked on everything . The bread is so hard and the veggies had freezer burn specifically the bell peppers. None of this stuff looked fresh please clean ur area and stock up on ur “fresh” greens there’s nothing fresh at this subway .. the younger Hispanic was a sweetheart at the cash register but that’s the only good thing today.. avoid this location if that horrible lady is working

This review is mainly about the lone employee that worked tonight. He was alone and swamped with online and in person orders, yet he was able to remain calm and professional despite the amount of negative attitude he received from guests. To be able to keep such composure with that amount of stress is beyond my own capabilities. I commend this employee and I hope his employer does as well.

Do not go to this subway! The owner yelled at me because I used the coupon on the app. Telling me how he was losing money on the deal. It was awkward and embarrassing for me and the staff. Not to mention the portions were low. I ordered the beast and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. There’s better subways in the area.

Never going back! The owner was mad and mad a big fit in front of customers and his employees. Because my friend and I made 2 separate orders for our own food on the app with a promo that he had. He raised his voice and complained that he was loosing money because we did 2 different orders.

I went to this location and noticed he was very skimpy when making the sandwich and he wasn’t even putting the right amount he was putting way less and noticed he kept throwing veggies back into the containers and didn’t think anything of it went home and ate and wasn’t very satisfied, the bread was stale, the vegetables didn’t taste fresh and the whole sandwich just didn’t seem right but needed to eat something which I really regret doing because I ended up getting The WORST FOOD POISONING I ever had lasted almost 2 weeks.
Ordered online and customized a supreme meats footlong to my liking. When I picked it up and took it home to eat, it was missing olives and jalapeño’s peppers. Bread was on the stale side. Sandwich was skimpy and would not return to this location.
