Chef Suela and Chef G were beyond accommodating for our event. They came all the way out to Irvine to set up catering for our Mardi Gras party and gave such an amazing spread that catered to all the different diets we have in the office. Some dishes included: - Fried Hatcherville Catfish - red beans - rice - vegan collard greens - vegan jambalaya - chicken sausage gumbo - cornbread They delivered on time, were super helpful and kind, and made sure the display looked amazing. Everyone couldn't stop raving about the food. I would highly recommend booking them for your next event!

This review is long overdue. I was searching for a caterer for my baby shower and came across Suela's after receiving quotes from other caterers that were 3x the price. I had never tried their food but I trusted the reviews and I'm so glad I did. From the beginning, Suela and Chef G were very responsive and accommodating. They walked us through what we were envisioning in the phone and we came up with a great menu. They delivered the food and set everything up for my baby shower. Everything was sooo good. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. We will absolutely hire Suela's again for our next event.

I want them to come live with me, the food was amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their crew is professional, kind and they love what they do. You can taste the love in every bite. Chef G and Chef Suela are awesome!!!!! The food is delicious, they served us the Henny Hen, Mac n cheese, Vegan greens and Vegan Jambalaya. The Henny sauce is delicious! The vegan greens are fire!!! Loved the Hen and mac as well. I am not a vegan but needed vegan options so I asked a lot of questions about the jambalaya and it did not disappoint. Very happy customer, can't wait to bring them back for our next event.

Suela's Soul Food Chefs Suela and G are consultants for my job. They are incredibly genuine and knowledgable people, with incredible work ethic. And, oh by the way, their food is amazing!! They taught us how to make and appreciate real home-cooked soul food. Chef Suela and Chef G helped create a precious community by sharing their passion, professionalism, and plain old good food with us. I have never, and probably will never again, taste such delicious greens in my life. Whatever their secret seasoning consists of must be magic because the stew they added that seasoning to was spicy to the mouth and soothing to the soul. You won't be disappointed if you decide to hire Suela's Soul Food.

They reached out a few days before to see if I had any changes, they kept me posted on the day of the event with their ETA, and they arrived early.
