Rude lady very unprofessional and unpleasant worker. Needs to have more priority with customers orders does not how to run her business at all she’s needs to get fired or get reprimanded. Doesn’t know how to talk to people or keep or big mouth shut

I’ve been doing Uber for over four years now and I have never experienced a disrespect that I did a few minutes ago. The young Chinese lady who claims to be the owner lost her cool I was waiting patiently for about 15 minutes for a Uber order that was placed 30 minutes prior to that 15 minute wait and she lost it when I asked her kindly hey ma’am, do you know if there’s any update on this order? I’ve been waiting for a while now and she started cussing at me disrespecting me telling me she doesn’t care if I lose money saying my car was a piece of crap. She was saying the most outlandish things I have ever heard from a store owner on top of that she started yelling at the top of her lungs all because I asked you one question she said she she needed to reassign the driver because it was gonna take too long due to other orders. I said that’s fine ma’am. I can wait no problem. She still went ahead and did it and made a huge scene. Oh well another customer was telling her she needs to calm down and correct her attitude and be professional because he witnessed it all and said this is not good for your business.

terrible doordash service. i ordered the dubai strawberries at 10:20pm, it is currently 1:24am and i still haven’t received them. I’ve had the strawberries before and they were good but i’ve never experienced something like this while door dashing food. I also tried contacting the store and i got no response. Also they are very overpriced, i spent a little over $40 for 2 of them.

Fantastic desserts! Dubai Chocolate cheesecake, Banana Pudding cheesecake, and the Ube Cheesecake were great. We keep coming back for more. Trying the creme brulee next. We'll see....

OMG!!! I just ordered from them for the first time. I can’t believe I paid this amount of money for crap desserts that my 7 year old neighbor could have made better. The cookies are tiny and mush! The ice cream scoops are a tablespoon big…really??? This is horrible, I wish I had my money back. Never again!!!

Zero stars = Tiramisu (tasted as if any regular bday cake ) will not recommend! Over priced $14 ... Zero stars = Dubai chocolate strawberry ( strawberries were not fresh , really poor taste Over prized =$17.00 for 3 cut slices, nutella? Will defenetly not recommend it ! 1 start = Carrot cake ( One the best i have tried even in fancy restaurants, this was amazing taste , delicious taste! Overall, messy presentation and poor plastic containers, specially for the Dubai , it should be in a better container not in a slurpee cup from 7eleven.
Overall cost $60 with tax . Defenetly not worth it the cost for 3 items ( only Carrot cake )

We DoorDash two of the Blue Bay cheesecakes last night and everyone at our dinner party was amazed. Yes, we are Filipino American, and yes the ube cheesecake passed our test. They earned quite a few repeat customers last night.
