The servers were nice and the the service was fast so this has nothing to do with them. The only reason I give this place a 2 star is because the manager decided to lecture the employees there while there were multiple people in there. If he felt that he needed to that he should have done it before opening or made sure there were no customers inside. Very unprofessional of the manager but atleast the other workers were respectful.

I’m just confused, I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had amazing experiences getting to know the staff… so explain to me why y’all do that correctly, but secretly, without mentioning a damn thing to your customers, you raise your prices on everything, including your nation wide promo’s??
You still have the sign for the 2-5pm daily $1 beverages hanging outside the drive thru line to see. I have a daily order, which has now doubled in price and without mention from your company in any way, shape, or form. $1 on any small beverage is now $1.99!✨ and that’s just the start :D
Hope you give these unclaimed freezes to your cramped up workers who’ve been working ridiculously in +110°F weather

DO NOT order combo meals from this location, they charge anywhere from $4-6 MORE than other nearby stores. For example, the “Build Your Own Cravings Box” costs $11 here, at the Lankershim location it’s only $6. Individual items are generally the same, so I recommend only going here when you have rewards points to spend.
Also for the love of Baja, do not park in the tiny parking lot if you’re picking up an order. You WILL get stuck in the drive through line traffic. Park on Magnolia or Colfax and walk in.

The employees were great but it would be nice if they staffed enough to actually fill orders. There were so few employees working that I waited about 40 minutes in the drive through for my order. Great employees but obviously horrible management who doesn't care about customer experiences as long as they can maximize profit.

I was there there was this girl who made me uncomfortable, she was talking provocatively to a male coworker who seemed uncomfortable. She was talking loud enough that I could make out her talking about blowing her boyfriend and wanting her male coworker to kiss him??? I’m not sure where to report this to but this girl should not be working there especially with this kind of talk!!! pretty sure her name was Bianca??? Brianna??? Whatever her name is she should not be working there!!! Disgusting behavior!!!

Usually consistent but tonight was anything but that 7/19/24 12am (night crew) my burritos were completely empty and my tacos didn’t really taste like taco bell tacos if that make sense. Also had to wait for a 2nd order that was wrong and they didnt remake it they just gave us the wrong order.
