My friends and I initially asked if we could place three separate orders at the drive-thru, and the worker agreed. We made the first two orders without any issues, but when we tried to place the third order, we were told to order at the window instead. We complied, paid for the first two orders, but then, unexpectedly, they refused to take our third order without providing any explanation. I totally understand the potential complications of multiple orders, we would have consolidated into one larger order if we hadn't been given permission initially. After we went back around the drive-thru, there were now four additional cars ahead of us. (I took a photo). I wish that we had at least received an apology or acknowledgment of this inconvenience. The employee shut the drive-thru window on our faces when we were still speaking and was rude. We were civil and being cooperative but was not treated the same way back.

Says it’s open 24 hours. We pulled up and they told us they won’t take our order. They also had two cars in front of us and two in the back so we were stuck for an hour and didn’t even get food.I normally empathize with minimum wage workers but this was disrespectful.

Here to confirm the drive thru is an absolutely insane experience. Had to ask 4 times over 20 minutes to finally get my order taken. Then, as expected from the other reviews, the food was trash. Whoever is managing this place should be removed. Hire people that do what they’re paid for?

I understand that no one wants to work at a fast food place but it DEFINITELY shows at this location. I've never been so disrespected with the personnel working the drive thru window. I tried to order something off there menu and they complete disregard/noncompliance I got in return was revolting. The company should seriously consider about the employment of Maria and Allisson.

Never enough sour cream. always dry and pasty. The worst part is THEY ONLY TAKE CASH APPARENTLY AFTER A CERTAIN TIME…we are in 2023 what country only takes physical currency for chained restaurants?!??!?

I've been to/through a lot of Taco Bells and I have to say this is the best one I've had to pleasure of ordering from so far. I tend to crave a run for the border in the evening hours, but recently went late (last Saturday night) and it's impressive how on top of it and friendly that crew is for such a late hour dealing with customers who are probably not at their highest-functioning capacity if you know what I mean.Regardless of the hour, this Taco Bell has never gotten my order wrong, and I tend to order a wide variety of menu items at once so it can't be the easiest to track and fulfill. They always get it right and give me plenty of sauce packets. They seem to operate really efficiently too, because it's really rare that I have to sit in the drive-thru line for very long.I like the location too - it's on a corner, so easy ways in and out for multiple directions, and traffic is usually minimal here.I don't know how this Taco Bell does it, but sending my massive thanks & keep up the great work!

The girl there at the cashier is incompetent and I guess that's why she's there... I wanted the nachos bell grande but because I didn't say the "bell grande " she automatically assumed I wanted the chips and cheese. like really?? Nachos with out the "bell grande " means chips and cheese ? If I wanted chips and cheese I would had stated it. It just boggles my mind and she still gave me attitude about it "you have to state you want nachos bell grande in order for me to know you want the nachos" she said smh
It's Taco Bell...not too much to expect from a fast food chain.
