I want to start off by saying I don't mind paying a bit more for quality food. I spend almost 80$ for 3 asada fries, a chicken burrito and two tamales. I was expecting something magical to happen in my mouth but nope. It was basic. I thought the asada would be more tender, I could have gotten equal or greater quality from a taco stand on Alvarado Fr a fraction of the price. Nothing special or amazing except the price was kind of, woa. Tamales were whatever. I mean it wasn't...

I usually go to the restaurant frequently but in recent weeks the stews have been the best. I don't know if there was a change of staff but now I can say that the food is 100% Mexican.

I love these people and their authentic Oaxacan cuisine. Their grilled chicken burrito, California Burrito and their kids bean and cheese burrito are a staple in our home. Our kids beg for it weekly! Our fave strip mall Mexican.
