Reminder: This is an employee food service area. The food is absolutely amazing, all at a decent price. I recommend having a go at the burgers or chicken tenders for new employees who haven't eaten there.Vegetarian options: Salads, Beyond Burger, etc.

We went to the Universal Studio before COVID-19, but didn’t have time to write a review. The activities are fun and geared for all the family members. However, sometimes we found lines were over 30 mins wait and tickets are very expensive.

Made it into Universal just before they had to close due to COVID. It was raining hard so we didn't ride everything, but the rides we went on were great. I love the Harry Potter Ride and the studio tour was really interesting and fun. Best part about Universal for me is that quite a few of the rides are VR, so while I don't ride most amusement park rides I can ride there with my family because I can always just close my eyes :)

Pretty lame is theme parks go in my opinion, Disneyland kicks butt on this one, And isn't that much more expensive. And that's really the reason for the two stars is that these things are gross expensive. Even for the novelty. You can easily spend $500 here in a day for a family of four. I think the money is better spent elsewhere

We bought the VIP ticket for our whole family, which there are 5 family members. Each person costs about $400. The cost was a burden however, we do not regret that decision because we had a terrific guide who explained with abundant information with a vivacious energy. If you buy the VIP ticket, then they provide you a guide who only works with you. We did not wait for the rides, the guide explained about the movies, brought us to every single festival, and studio sets where movies were made, and they provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If we had no guide, I don’t think we would be able to have used the time wisely.

One of the best theme parks in the world so much history here! If you love movies then this is a must as they actually film movies here and tv shows too. Their studio tram ride is probably the best tram ride in the world!

Needs more options for those with food restrictions!

Since this is more of an employee dining place, there's really not much to say. Menu is very limited, but their selection is very health conscious due to employee suggestion. This is both very inspiring and yet heartbreaking. They've taken steps to be more nutritious in their meals, have sacrificed flavor. Even something as simple as All-spice seasoning have felt the wrath of the "revolution". I miss my spices. I am just one individual, but I know many feel the same way.

I really wasn't expecting to be asked to review this, but this is more like a cafeteria where it's better than fast food as well as a lot safer, but is also PK quality. As a person who cooks, one can taste the difference.
