I ordered 4 items, the total bill ended up being $86 that's one appetizer 2 entrees and a dessert. The food was okay, I expected better for the hype that this place receives. The service was good I just didn't feel like the price was justified by what I received the beefsteak with crispy fried potatoes on top was 3 out of 10.

Awesome customer service and the food hits close to home!! Went here 3 times now and all the dishes never fail to amaze me. My favorites are kare kare, crispy pata, halo halo and pork belly. I live 45 mins away and i try to drive here whenever i can! A hidden gem. The chef and staff are always friendly and very pleasant to us. Located at a plaza so no worries with parking

We drove from Malibu just to try this place. They have Delicious food and great service :) we had beef ribs in banana bbq sauce, beef brisket bis tek, Mary’s chicken si sig, and small garlic rice! All of this was more than enough for two people as they serve their meals in a “family style” sort of way (we had lots of left overs). We also tried the halo halo desert. It had Ube Ice cream, which we had never tried before and loved! We ate outdoors and they made sure to sit us by the fire and placed a heating lamp right by us to ensure that we were comfortable. We placed our order ahead of time as they do make orders as they come and we were very hungry so we got to eat as soon as we sat down. They were also very accommodating in changing the time of our reservation. We will be back!

I would give them 6 stars if I could ? This place is the definition of a hidden gem. Super local vibe in a no frills, low-key location. From the outside you wouldn't expect much but this food is packed with flavor!!! I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets a nod in the next Michelin Watch List. I drove over 50 minutes to try this place for Dine LA and let me tell you it was worth it and I will be back. Support this local business they deserve it. If you haven't had Filipino before this is an amazing place to try all of those unique flavors. Great for family style meals with big parties as well. They also have heaters outside for when it gets cold. Both the Chef (JR) and Server were super friendly and made us feel at home. The also do pickup if you want to grab a family style meal for the family and will bring the food out to your car. The prices are also phenomenal for the quality of the food. We had a feast and only spent $50 for 2 people.

I have a bad experience as first timer in going to Tatang. This Filipino restaurant was recommended by our close friend that they have good foods. One of my orders was fish fillet. When the guy handed me the receipt to sign, I didn't review the detail trusting everything was in order. When I arrived home all my order were there but when I reviewed the receipt, I was charged Longanisa MB (Pork and Shrimp) = $19.00 which was expensive than fish I ordered. When it was an honest mistake, the foods I received should be Longanisa MB (Pork & Shrimp).For me this is a plane dishonesty. I am not recommending this restaurant to my relatives and friends.

Yesterday was the first time we came to that place. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the superb cooking and fine drinks and with the modest charge. We will surely go back there in a short time.
