Please come back Teapop! I'm so sad! There's no other good boba place around... This is devastating

So sad this place closed. It was a hub for artists in North Hollywood and they had the best teas. They will be missed. :(

Wanted to leave this review even though they've closed. This place is fantastic. Wonderful back patio and easy place to work. I love that it's dog friendly I've definitely worked here before with my pups. The drinks are delicious and the employees are super friendly. I hope they can reopen!!

This used to be my second office. I've been away from the area for a while but I still miss it (and still haven't found a place nearly as great for as long I've been gone). It makes better use of the run-down storefront that sat empty for most of 20 years and contributes a cool, friendly spot for the community as well. It has its fair share of studious college kids, casual dates, parents with kids, Facebook checkers, community groups holding meeting, playwrights and actors from the nearby theaters, and at least one writer at most times of the day. The wi-fi is reliable, the patio is essential on a beautiful California day (of which there's not a lack), and it's usually on the way to or from home or somewhere nearby. The NoHo Arts District has come up a lot in a few years and this is a jewel in its crown. It's a cool place to work, cruise the Internet on your laptop, meet friends, play cards or board-games, draw (in one of their communal notebooks -- ask and maybe they'll put some of your art up on the walls), or get a nice drink to drink. Tea is better for you than coffee anyway. You won't see me there anymore, but if Arlene still runs the place, tell her she's made the coolest hang-out/work-spot anywhere.

I know it seems pointless to leave a review for a place that is closing but incase the owner finds a new location I hope they see this. When I heard yesterday that teapop was closing I was planning to go in every day until it closed this weekend. When entering teapop tonight it was the usual happy little crowd inside, I love the atmosphere there. As I was heading to the register the girl taking orders had an extremely annoyed and unhappy look on her face. But with the next customer she was extremely bubbly and friendly and I was like oh maybe that customer was just not the greatest. After the person in front of me was done the girl at the register said, "see you at home!!" and then looked at me and the scowl was back. I smiled as she made almost no eye contact with me as she begrudgingly took my order (which ended up being wrong but I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't say anything). You could say oh she's sad cause teapop is closing and I would make that argument too if it wasn't for how drastically her attitude changed between customers and it's easy to tell the difference between sad and annoyed.I was planning on coming the next few days to get my tea fix until they close but I don't want to deal with her again and get another wrong order but we'll see. Teapop you've been great and I hope you make a comeback and with that I hope there's some new hires cause tonight was not great.

I was so glad to find a place to hang out that offers good bubble tea without sugar, and a few tables where I can hang out to study. But sad to hear they are closing :(

This place is a great spot to sit and work with a laptop (inside) or have a meeting or first date (outside). It’s a lesbian hotspot which is nice. The baristas are great - I hope they are treated well, it does seem like a couple more staff at peak times would be helpful! Teapop also has lots of events which are lively, and the rotating art displays are really cool and diverse. Love teapop! I wish they had sandwiches.Parking: You never have to go too far to find parking, but expect to circle and walk a bit.

One of my favorite sports to go to! They were kind enough to cater and let me have my Bible study here. They have the best Vietnamese coffee and the best vibes! Also, they ALWAYS repost you when you shout them out on IG. I HIGHLY recommend this business. My son LOVES the pastries from here but I'm a boba girl. Also, side note, I did a mini photoshoot here and they were so accommodating and sweet about it lol. Great staff. Also download the clover app so you can get a free drink!

It's been awhile since I've been to Teapop and I stopped in to see the featuring artist of the month Kina. Her work was displayed on both walls, which will be on display till the end of the month. Now, I couldn't just come here and not get any tea so I opted for a hot chai tea with almond milk and my cousin grabbed an iced coffee since we did come in the morning and needed a little pick me up to get through the day. The hot chai was okay, didn't have the usual spice flavors I'm used too as it was a little bland. I usually get there milk tea from here with boba but I wanted to try something new, I'll stick to the milk tea. Service was great, got helped right away and our drinks were made relatively quick as it wasn't too busy in the shop. They have plenty of seating inside as well as an outside patio that I didn't go and visit for this trip. They also host artist fairs here as well as community events.

An oasis in this heat. The Chaga Chaga with oat milk and boba was delicious though I'd probably go no sweetener next time. Incredibly kind and cool staff. Will def be back.
