Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.
Inside - 4/5
Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.
Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.
Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).
TL;DR
Overall 5/5
- Sm0l cozy hole in the wall with a handful of tables
- Small lot, plus plenty of street parking
- Lunch specials will be your best deal
- GR10 service
- Recommend Thai coffee, Thai Tea, Pad Thai, Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil, and Garlic Basil Tofu

Disappointing Pad See Ew, way too spicy when we asked for mild. The duck curry was yummy. Their Thai tea tastes like milk with sugar. The people working were cool but not happy to spend $60 for this meal.
We often order takeout for our business for lunch and these last recent times have we have seen a decline in food quality, taste and customer service is terrible. They have messed up our orders and/or have had missing items and when we contact them to remedy the situation we were treated very poorly by a younger guy that works there and kept repeatedly asking repeatedly ‘what do you want?’ and given a nasty attitude. We ordered food we couldn’t even eat because it was inedible. Extremely disappointing and we will not be returning.

It's a local LA style dive. Off a main road. Neighborhood has old houses. In a a row of store fronts. No gentrification here. However, the food is really good. The servers are friendly and genuine. The quantity is shareable. Now on my list of reliable thai places. Parking in the bavk lot. Well done Thai Victory.

Had the pleasure of dining here tonight. We ordered the Thai tea, pad see ew, yellow curry with chicken, money bags, chicken wings, cream cheese rangoons and mango sticky rice. Nothing disappointed. The pad see ew was the best pad see ew I’ve ever had and the yellow curry was full of flavor. Definitely get the money bags as an appetizer, you’ll be wanting more as they are so good and addicting. Really great customer service. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The elderly couple running the restaurant is very nice, but unfortunately the food doesn't live up to what I expected from the reviews. The pad see ew was bland with overcooked broccoli and carrots, and the medium spicy I asked for was more like mild. The pad thai was very pale (much more so than the light brown it sometimes is) like it hadn't been cooked with much sauce. It wasn't something I'd go back for either.

The food was okay. Can't say it was great. The prices are decent though, portion sizes were good, and the service was quick. It's the closest thai spot to my house so I would come back. Came on a Friday night and it wasn't busy
