Out of chai. How do you run out of chai? I drove all the way to this location for no reason. Less gas - no chai = an unhappy customer. Almond croissant was trash. Had three burnt almonds on top. Looked polar opposite of the almost croissant in the display case. Absolutely Unacceptable.

I put it an online order for an ice blended drink and came in an hour late to get it so the drink was already melted by then, which was 💯 completely and totally MY fault, but (who I presume was) the manager saw it and said it was a “sad drink” 😂 so he had it remade without me having to ask. I didn’t even complain either since I knew it was entirely my fault the drink was melted, but he still had it remade for me! So kind and thoughtful of him! The drink was oh so delicious too!! Both the outside and inside of the location was kept clean and tidy including the bathroom! Very impressed with this location

Another clean and cozy CBTL location. Not the biggest indoor dining room, but they have outdoor seating. Parking is limited but free and available.
Great service on a Monday night from Steve and Blad. Attentive and professional. Competent and efficient.
And as always, my Americano was excellent. 5 stars.
