I love coffee bean it’s coffee is so rich a delicious ! I’m just bummed that there’s not enough locations . I’m always in sun valley and valley glen and there’s not one near I have to go to Burbank or Encino ?

Barista Juan was so helpful and professional. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the shop, stopped his duties and attended me. Juan took the time to answer my question. Juan made my drink fast and hot. Just what I wanted. We need more Barista like Juan. Thank you Juan.
Sadly this location has gone down hill, with the employees caring more about what’s on their cell phones, than helping the customer. Also they no longer have white chocolate mochas…. Sad day…Parking: Be careful with parking as I was pretty much chased out of the lot due to a time limit on parking and slow service. Not inviting at all

I went into the shop to buy cbtl capsules for my machine they were out and had very few options of coffee. The place was not as clean as I thought it should but the employee that helped me was super nice and makes up for any thing else.

This review is only for Kinsley and Yanira .. everyone else has been amazing. Kinsey had major attitude and did not even bother t greet me when I walked in .. yanira on the other didn't fill my drinks all the way and was clearly upset when I asked a different barista to remake the drinks which tasted only like hot oat milk. I'm surprised people still come here with the type of service that they provided. I will think twice about coming to this location.
Another wonderful visit to this coffee bean! Always love coming here to just read or study. The drinks are always made perfect (by Juan of course), whether I get my almond milk chai latte or a matcha latte. Juan is an amazing person and employee. Im so glad I can connect with people in my neighborhood versus just buying from total strangers and coffee shops scattered throughout LA. If you have the chance please go here and make sure to shout-out Juan for always being the best

Mmh, I don't know if it's because I'm so used to Stxbucks but, I don't really like the iced coffee at Coffee Bean at all. I don't know what it is but, it tastes very acidic for me and I even get the cold brew. To be honest, I only get coffee bean on Sunday's cause I work across the street and it's the only convenient coffee located near me. If Starbucks was closer, I'd probably go there. I'm a very basic coffee girl, I either get cold brew with a shot or, I get basic black coffee no extras. The flavor is always off to me. I think my pallet is used to the other coffee I get. I haven't tried any of their food items but, I will now since I got a gift card. Anyway, the store is always clean inside but the outside could use some help. Always parking when I go but, I go at 9am. The inside is spacious with plenty of desks and chairs if you wanna stick around to study but, the staff isn't always so nice. The people working the registers have always been really friendly but, the baristas won't even glance in your direction. Even when I pick up my coffee I always say a jolly hello but, it's never reciprocated. Whatever, I honestly wouldn't be coming if it wasn't convenient.

Just overall great customer service whenever I come. This review is a special shout out to Edgar, I was being difficult with my drink order and he was very polite about it and put my drink in another cup because I wanted drizzle in the cup. I hate being that person but they really do have great customer service and are patient if you don't know what your getting.
