I can’t ever get enough of this. I just moved with my family here to LA and discovered this gem!! Best Peruvian place in the area!! And they are super nice people!! The lomo Saltado sandwich is a bomb!!! And love the fresh chicha morass!! So goood!!!
I came across The Peruvian Guy while trying to find new lunch options in my neighborhood. I am so happy I did! It is INCREDIBLY delicious food made by the kindest people. It was an absolute hit at the office! We will absolutely be ordering again!
This is a food truck worth seeking out offering authentic & tasty Peruvian staples. My favorite go-to's are ceviche (white fish, Peruvian style with some nuts & yam), lomo saltado (beef, rice & french fries for the unintiated) and tallarin saltado (thick noodle stir fry with beef/chicken & tomatoes).
