They are rude when answering the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes call back they do it again and third time they hung up the phone will never go back . They act like they're doing u a favor by buying their food . Its not that good for that type of attitude

The wait staff were disinterested and seem to be indifferent to the long wait.

Sushi is great and fresh, however is a little bit too pricy for NoHo area. For the same price you can buy sushi in Erewhon, for instance. The biggest disadvantage is the plaza area. Too many homeless people during the evening, and overall it feels being dangerous outside. I give the respect to the reception guy, with whom I placed a pick up order just for one set. And he saw that I was waiting outside, so even during busy evening hour he made sure my order would be ready in 5 min and caller me in. 5 star for service

Love. Love. Love this place. They always giving you free things to try out. The AYCE is well worth its price , the food taste amazing. Only shame is the parking situation.

I don't think I recommend anyone to come here for AYCE. The sushi selection is not worth $40 per person, foe sure is not premium quality. Service was terrible, slow service and they only allow u 80min to eat, no wonder they added 15% gratuity for all AYCE automatically, the server don't tell you when you pay, so after u pay with your credit card, they still have option for you to give them gratuity, i think is like a trick, so they can make more from you. I will definitely not gonna go back and don't recommend anyone to go there.

great food and great service. the sashimis are limited in the AYCE menu which is a bummer.. also, I'm not the biggest fan of places that make gratuities mandatory, this place charges 15% gratuity. but the overall price is worth it for quality AYCE. I would visit again.

Sushi by Jin- first time there for all you can eat sushi. Great service but atmosphere lacking. Small inside not many tables, old fashioned , looks like they do a lot of take out orders. The salmon was great but the spicy tuna and the seaweed wraps weren’t as fresh as I am used to. Great no rice options though!
