I just went here yesterday with my boyfriend, we didn’t have any reservations for it so we had to wait half an hour which wasn’t so bad. The service that was provided was great no complaints about who attended us. Now when it came to the food, I don’t know if it’s usually like this but my boyfriend’s french fries were really salty, and I ordered the gnocchi plate and it was extremely salty. I couldn’t even finish it because the salty taste was bad. I didn’t have any of the desserts but I saw that mostly everyone was enjoying them so I recommend getting the desserts instead.

Very tasty and family friendly. The vibe there was also really cool.

We have been here before and it never has taken more than 50 mins to get our food or get an update on the food. Right when we ask for the check the server came out with two plates and still missing the kids food by that time we had already made up our mind that we won’t be dining there that night. Really disappointed in the service, server was nice but wish she could of kept us in the loop on why our food was taking so long. That really matters. Because she failed to communicate we lost interest in our food since it seemed that we weren’t being acknowledged.I will give this place another chance, but on a Thursday night we waited 1 hour for a table which we can do but then we waited almost another hour for our food. Really disappointed.

Second time I went there giving it another chance..both times service was terrible. First time stood in the ice cream section for 10 minutes before someone came out of the back to help me. This last time I sat at the bar and ordered a drink that was awful and when I tried to order a different drink the bartenders just tried to look busy and ignored me and my friend...this place has depressing vibes and seems like the employees are unhappy...owner/ manager should be ashamed

To start, it took so long for the food to come out. Then when we got it, the wings were cold , the nachos were gross and the chicken salad didn't have any chicken. We go to the Orlando location all the time and never experienced such poor food quality. I guess it goes to show why noone is here. We will not come back.

What a fun place to eatWe don’t really have anything like this where I live so I was pretty excited based on some reviews to check it outWe kept things light for lunch and ordered salads. The portions are HUGE and we definitely could have just shared one saladAs I looked around at other folks dining I saw a lot of dessert platters and even those portions were enough for 4 people to shareThe building itself is aesthetically pleasing and I enjoyed the attention to detailMy nephew pretty much ate his entire lunch staring at the ceilingThis space is big so if you have a large party it’s an ideal locationWhile we were there staff were helping set up for a graduation party hosted on the 2 floorThey also gave a milkshake and dessert bar located in this venue as well as a gift shop and treat shop/bakeryThey had so many different goodies it was hard to pick just one

For all those with a sweet tooth, like me, you'll absolutely love the Chocolate Emporium! (For all of the health nuts out there, you might as well stop reading now.)It's a great place to celebrate a birthday or special occasion with a fun menu with many sweet delights. The staff is great and happy to help you through their menu. My personal favorite was the "May Contain Bacon" burger on a pretzel bun with white truffle fries. They have quite an assortment of crazy sweet drink concoctions as well as many succulent desserts that you're likely going to need to share with the family.

This is a nice take on Will Wonka's factory, more so the newer movie. The food was a little pricey, but tasted amazing. The desserts were my favorite and the drinks were fun.

Dropped by for the first time. The looks of the place was amazing. The food was good. But sadly the service was below average. They took longer than normal to serve us. For a spell we were wondering where our waiter was. Side note, this place isn't cheap. And you must make reservations far ahead of time.

Went in on Friday, 4/12/24 and our family of 4 was seated at a 6 top then Stephanie came over to take our order. Since we were in at a non-peak time and the restaurant was dead (about 5 tables filled) we asked if we could just order the milkshakes and waters. I understand this isn’t a big purchase, however, the restaurant was dead and given the time of day and how many folks were milling about the city center area, and we knew we wouldn’t be taking a table from a higher paying customer. Stephanie, very rudely with a sneer, said “you’re only going to order waters and milk shakes? For future orders you can do that over there.” And she pointed toward a walk up counter that hadn’t been visible at all from the front of the restaurant as an option for customers just wanting milkshakes. (It also didn’t appear to have any seating which we were hoping for after a long day walking Universal). We got up at left and won’t be trying that place again, ever. Obviously, we aren’t their preferred customer (hey, I get we weren’t ordering a lot) but given the time of day and lack of customers, you’d think they’d welcome any business. Guess not.

Prices are typical and expected. Our server was a really nice gentleman who was patient and kind and made recommendations when I was being very indecisive. The avocado bruschetta that was recommended was flavorful and good but the bread was noticeably stale and chewy which was a bummer because all the toppings and sauce was delicious but the low bread quality really brought it down. I got the croque monsieur and thought it was good. My boyfriend got the fork and knife sirloin sandwich which was also good but it falls apart very easily hence the name. So our main dishes were enjoyable but not outstanding. Nothing to write home about. Their dessert is supposed to be where they shine. We got the mint shake and the presentation was so exciting! First sip…immediately disappointed. Not bad. Just tasted like cheap grocery store ice cream blended and the mint flavor was very sugary and sweet which I don’t enjoy. $17 for an average milkshake kind of hurt. Huge bummer because their dessert is supposed to be where they shine. I think out of all the restaurants in this area with below mediocre reviews, this would be the best pick if you’re just walking around looking for a bite to eat.

We loved this place! The vibe was fantastic and the food was delicious. The only reason I gave one less star is we went on a day where they were having inventory problems and they were out of a lot of their signature ingredients. That said, what we were able to get was fantastic! We loved their birthday cake, chocolate creme brulee, chocolate espresso tini, root beer old fashioned, and some fruit roll up vodka drink, chocolate almond bread, soo good! The regular food was also great!

First timers. Didn’t even get any sweets. I wish I could rate the service negatively. The staff all seem to have crippling social anxiety which doesn’t really go well with the job description. Got water and drank it as one does. “I’ll get you more water” didn’t see her again for 30 minutes. Came back by and asked can I get you anything? Nope dummy. First time in my life I did not tip. Usually it’s “I don’t know what battles they’re fighting” today was “this is the most shameful service I’ve ever seen” and if you’ve seen the architecture and creativity of the place you’re like wow. But I do not recommend at all

We had a reservation everybody that walked in after us got seated before us. I asked the lady if we could please have a booth she snapped at me and said that I couldn't pick. We waited over an hour for our food I got a bub par burger with a soggy bun my mom got dry jerky chicken. It was supposed to be a white wine sauce but it was a weird red gravy. We thought we could make up for the nasty dinner with desserts but they were sold out of the dessert we wanted we left very disappointed. The server offered us a discount but the discount he gave us was for the golden pass that we already had. I'm sad that I left to universal studios and wasted over an hour in this restaurant. I have season passes and I would never eat here again don't waste your money or your time

It’s like Willy Wonka meets Steam Punk. It is a wonderland for all ages. The dedication to them theme is spot on, with the period costumes and the food offerings. I recommend making a reservation. Without a reservation you could be waiting upwards of 45 min to get in. The wait is worth it though. There is a bar area where you can enjoy creative beverages and people watch while you wait. Come here hungry because you will leave utterly full. Leave room for the signature desserts. Some people come in just for the desserts.
