My wife and I and our 2 adult children made a pilgrimage here a couple weekends ago. I wasn't even aware of it until recently, even though I had worked nearby in years past. The atmosphere is excellent, just what you'd hope for in a vintage lounge. The service was quick, although we were there in the afternoon, so it wasn't packed. The Painkillers were everyone's favorite. I started out with a Mai Tai, which was tasty. I would give the Mai Tai at Ventiki a slight edge, but that's just a quibble. Tonga Hut's prices are better though. We'll be back!

The bar is so cool! I came with a group of friends and all the drinks we got were great. They have seating inside and outside so lots of room. The bartenders are super busy but they find time to joke around with you and have a good time. My friend recommended I get the nutty chi chi and I had a good laugh at the name but it was a great drink.

Unfortunately, I do have mixed feelings about this bar. Especially on weekends location gets very crowded. And the interior is unable to hold the amount of people who are there.During the weekday, it’s a little bit better, but even on the typical weeknight, there is still not enough seating inside that several people have to sit outside. The location is on their best to create a appropriate atmosphere outside but it’s still just doesn’t have the magic that the interior has. I guess that’s like most locations think trader Sam’s at Disneyland. When you go on a night when more senior bartenders are there. The drinks are very good. I definitely recommend Saturday night.Interior is pretty. I think the seating really needs to be a priority to expand in this location. The Palm Springs location is the location where food is offered. But this location does not have a kitchen. The experience itself is something to do if you are a Los Angeles native, but I would probably suggest a different location if you are not.

The GM Kat is amazing along with her staff! The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is very cool. There is also fresh tacos and burritos out back. Best tiki bar so far!

Old-school Tiki bar with great drink menu, or they'll customize a cocktail to your liking. Lots of indoor / outdoor seating.

Cool experience. Limited seating inside which is challenging when cold or raining. Otherwise there is a lot of outside seating. Plenty of parking. There is no food but an independent taco truck on certain days of the

Classic Tiki Bar! Lots of history about this place. I came on a Tuesday ordered a round of drinks. Tasty drinks and friendly service! Would come again. Also there was a really good Mexican food catering outside with amazing tacos and quesadillas!

What a great place. The drinks were exceptional (and strong); the staff was awesome and friendly; and the (inside) atmosphere was fantastic. Try to get a seat inside.

We were able to get seats inside with a reservation. It's also important that you specify whether you want indoor or outdoor when you make the reservation. I really enjoyed my drink and so did my partner. The vibe is nice but def a lil more subtle for a tiki bar. If you've been to the Tonga Hut in Palm Springs it's similar retro style in a smaller location.

waste of time still highly paranoid of covid and you have to sit in the parking lot on bench tables with cheap crap out there .. avoid go to other tiki bars they wont let you indoors due to paranoia three years on and you cant go inside

Good drinks just like the one in Palm Springs. Unfortunately they don't serve food nor snacks. There is however, a vendor that serves tacos.

Stopped in for a quick drink after a long day. I had the Hibiscus Sunrise, which was delicious and refreshing. Husband had the Nutty Chi Chi, he loved it.
