We came in here 45 min before closing time to dine im and the staff were so nice. We never felt pressured to leave but least by closing anyway. The food was good too. We both had their more popular salads.

4.5/5 stars. My friends and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat around 7ish after we flew in. Service was quick and options were great. I got the bahn mi sandwich and it was great! The only issue was that the bathroom was so gross, I didn't end up using it. And that says a lot for me.

It has been a while since we have visited the Urban Cafe in NOHO where the nicest people work. Des, one of the waitresses there remembered us from a last visit a month or two ago. Its nice to have a place where everybody knows your name. Thanks, we will be back.

I Love the food and the service and the friendly staff. The only thing I will complain about is the homeless problem. They walk in and out of the store touching things. Its very un sanitary. This is something management has to improve on.

Nice bowls but very boring bread, as of it had zero salt in it. If you're going to serve hot fresh bread (which is great!) them make sure it tastes great. It was so depressing to have this hot fresh bread that was a flavorless blob.
